Kick back and relax in style. The covered porch welcomes you with 1930’s spring chairs, ceiling fan, and locust wood tables made from the original foundation. For bath-lovers, the 1930s cast-iron tub (known to keep hot water hot) will be calling your name, hugging you as soon as you get in. The waterfall shower, hand-held shower, and rotating faucet will accommodate every guest. The bedroom offers a cooling mattress, adjustable bed, mood lighting, TV, and extra storage.

Tiny House Treasure on the Rappahannock River

The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.

Gatton Farm Guesthouse

Gatton Farm Guesthouse is a two bedroom, one bathroom second floor dwelling above a detached garage located in picturesque Newburg, Maryland. Being on 15 acres and only one thousand feet from the Potomac River, guests will enjoy views of Canadian geese, wild turkeys, bald eagles and white tail deer. Gatton Farm is also considered a historical site as it was once the residence of famous guitarist Danny Gatton.
