Accurate description, good location, fast response— had a great time!

A few things can be improved, but overall amazing stay! The locstion was great, close to the station and 24h supermarket. Even closer when we use the bike road shortcut🙈 Lei and team was very responsive and kind. They even tried their best to help me find my lost bag (outside of the house).

Nothing else quite like it. Beautifully spacious and feels like a Japanese home away from home. Plenty of room and lots to do within walking distance, convenience store 2 minutes away and very close to the train station. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Qiao’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The location (Mejiro) was perfect. 3 min walk to the train station JR line, and away from the extremely business of Shinjuku but only less than 10 min train ride away. It’s very convenient, and lots of food options, convenient store, and supermarkets are all less than 10 min walk away. There are plenty of room for us (3 extremely comfortable beds), and the owner is extremely thoughtful on what we might need during our trip and she has it all on the apartment (shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, first aid kids etc). It created a wonderful memory for our family and we are so glad we rented this airbnb instead of a small urban hotel

Takahiro was a wonderful host. He rescued us several times. He took us to the train station when our taxi didn't arrive, and he even picked me up when I got lost on the way home from the coin laundry. He also did a couple of loads of laundry for us. His home is beautiful. It is just filled with art, most of which was created by him. We arrived just when the cherry blossoms and other flowers were blooming, and Takahiro prepared fresh flower arrangements for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, from coffee to cooking ingredients. There is a walking-distance Family Market convenience store where you can buy food, get money from the ATM, and even make copies if you have something to print. I would highly recommend Takahiro's place.

Yuki是位非常親切的房東，從我訂房確認後總是快速耐心的回答、解決任何問題。抵達當天更是免費從車站接送我們到民宿。民宿的設施非常新、非常乾淨，使用上也相對方便。附近更是有好多餐廳可以選擇，營業時間到凌晨。距離龜有車站步行約5-7分鐘。這是間環境超優、地理位置非常棒的民宿，真心值得推薦給大家喔👍。

A great location with a great use of it's space, this home is a prime example of what makes Airbnb better than a hotel. Selina has a beautiful home with a comfortable setting. My daughter loved the space so much that she hopes we're able to stay here again on our second trip to Japan. The local restaurants, shops and stations were easy to find, and the walking distance encouraged us to explore and appreciate the local lifestyle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Airbnb property with my family, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is close to the train station and on a quiet side street. The beds were comfortable and communication with the owner was very easy. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The house is 3BR 1 1/2 bath. It is small for six but doable. The place is lovely with tatami heated floors. The location is tucked away in a residential area of Shinjuku. It is a five minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. It is a bit pricey, but prices are relatively high in Shinjuku.

I had an excellent stay at Wang Fengling’s place. The Villa was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to 7-11 and a 24 hour supermarket. About 6 mins walk to Shinjuko JR Okubo Station. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly throughout my stay. he even helped us carry our luggage to the rooms, which was a much-appreciated gesture. One of my favorite things was the cozy balcony and very quiet neighborhood, I really appreciated how Wang Fengling went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The only minor issue we encountered was that it was a bit difficult to locate the property using Google Maps, so a clearer set of directions might be helpful for future guests. Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Largely great stay! Place is as described and the host was perfectly communicative, helpful and flexible, great host. Home is beautiful and the location is wonderful, a quiet / residential area (with embassies, expats) but very close to Azubu and Hiro-o subways and shopping and dining etc. Just be aware that the home is unique, referred to by my co-traveler as a 'concrete palace' which seems apt. As others have mentioned, tight spiral stairway up to 4F may not be for everyone. And some weird quirks, like the shower, sink and toilet (4F) all in different spots, seems more designed for form rather than function. Also the concrete needs some work (esp 4F shower, as the host is aware and communicated about) and updating in a few places. Might be hard to live in long-term but made for a wonderful 4N stay overall (as long as you're ok with the stairs etc). Bonus ride to NRT was a nice touch, thank you

Our stay was excellent! Hanako is very responsive to all your questions. The house is located in a very residential area, however, very close to a great park for kids, excellent restaurants, and a small grocery store nearby.

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

This space is in a peaceful little neighborhood. Easy to find, and was a nice little respite from our long trip.

Great place, great location, if you’re not used to Japanese’s home structure, this might be a very awkward floor plan, as we were visiting my son from the USA, my son who has lived in Japan for the last 6 months, said this place is actually really spacious, quiet location, very close to the train station and local eatery.

Ayaka had great and fast communication and helped us with everything we needed! The house was so clean and the beds were very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood right next to train station and restaurants. Great place! Highly recommend and Ayaka was incredibly nice. My friend left her belt and Ayaka even shipped it to our next hotel for her! WOW What a service! Thank you for a great experience!

Stayed with my parents and loved it. The house itself is sparkling-clean and feels freshly built—solid “new earthquake-proof” vibe—yet still cosy. Biggest flex is the little balcony on top floor: morning coffee with a clear peek at Tokyo Skytree never gets old . Inside you’ve got fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer and ice-cold A/C, so it’s easy to treat the place like home. Self-check-in was seamless. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall, it was amazing value—would happily book 橘 Garden Stay again on my next Tokyo run. Total win!
