The views at Villa FUENTI are breathtaking. The photos do not do it justice. Amazing villa with plenty of space inside and incredible outdoor space to enjoy. Jason and Gianluca are amazing hosts who will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. It is worth mentioning that you must use the shuttle service to take to the nearby towns to eat and shop as it is not possible to walk on the busy narrow road. This was not an inconvenience and the private shuttle is only 3 euros a person and will pick you up within 10 minutes after you call them. If you are looking for a private relaxing stay away from the busy feel of Positano or Amalfi this is absolutely your place. Thank you for an amazing stay !

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

The apartment was exactly as I expected. Lots of room, well-appointed and in a great location for those that like a lot of tourist action. There were a ton of great restaurants in every direction. Salvatore was very responsive when needed but also left us alone to enjoy our stay. The metro station is steps away. We did not use it and instead opted for taxis. We never waited more than 5 minutes for one to show and went into downtown Rome many times. The street the apartment faces is a pedestrian walkway, heavily traveled by those visiting the Vatican. The two bedrooms facing the walkway can get noisy early in the morning with tour groups traveling to the Vatican. So beware if you are a light sleeper. It is on the 3rd floor. There is a small elevator that can comfortably hold 2-3 people. Good for luggage or those with mobility issues. We mostly took the stairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

Rosanna’s house and location was incredible. The photos actually do not do the house and setting justice. The outdoors spaces and pool are gorgeous and just what we had hoped for, for a relaxing vacation with children and extended family. The pool was amazing, the gardens beautiful and the a/c ran cold in the downstairs living area and upstairs hallway. The location is amazing- walking distance to a beautiful beach and a short drive from both Castellammare del golfo and Scopello. The only issues we had were with the heat at night in the upstairs bedrooms (the downstairs one had a ceiling fan which made the room really comfortable). I mentioned this to Rosanna and she was very open to feedback. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to everything. There was a blackout when we were there at 3 am and we had to call them to help open the gate so that my brother could catch his early morning flight out of Palermo. Fulvio was at the house within 20 minutes to help us at 3:30 am!

This Airbnb is the nicest we have stayed in so far. We can highly recommend it to everyone! The beautiful, tastefully decorated house has an incredibly great atmosphere, and we also really loved the extension/appendix. You have a wonderful pool and at the same time the sea and the beach are right on your doorstep, which was really special. Also from the terraces you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine with an amazing view of the sea or the wonderful hilly landscape towards Palermo. The house is very private and quiet but there are great bars at the promenade as well. Cefalu (15 minutes) and Palermo (40 minutes) are really near, which was perfect. We extended our stay 3 times because we loved it so much! The host Enrico was simply amazing! He always responded immediately and fulfilled all our wishes. An incredibly nice, service-oriented and hospitable person! We had a truly unforgettable, relaxed and wonderful time and hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING, Enrico!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Villa was incredible, even better than the pictures. Incredible views and the perfect location in Tuscany, the nearest village had all the amenities and was great base for driving around Tuscany. Staff were friendly and helpful

Casa e ambiente meraviglioso. Ottima per rilassarsi e spendere un po' di tempo insieme con amici e familiari. La casa è vicina ad Alba, Barbaresco e non lontana da Barolo. In poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Torino. Se avrò la possibilità, tornerò sicuramente. La consiglio.

Casa veramente bellissima al punto che le foto a mio avviso non gli rendono giustizia. la proprietà è veramente enorme e che per chi cerca relax è veramente l’ideale. l’area piscina è fantastica ma in generale tutto il contesto è da 10 e lode. Altra nota positiva: nonostante fosse pieno agosto non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo senza fare uso di aria condizionata ; l’esposizione della proprietà i venti e i folti pini assicurano una temperatura gradevolissima anche ad agosto

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

With Marco's great hospitality as a super super host, our stay became precious and memorable. Spacious and cozy rooms with wonderful kitchen and beautiful garden, you won't believe it is just a corner of city of Milano. And the best place to stay and enjoy the city during the period of Milan design week, just as we did. We really wish to visit again.

We had a great stay at Mirko’s place. There were 12 of us and the set up with the large outdoor kitchen was great! There were plenty of bathrooms and enough beds for all of us. It was very private and peaceful with the added bonus of free parking. The wifi and hot water were a little spotty but manageable and Mirko was responsive and helpful. Overall great value and nice location.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi in questa villa a Mombaruzzo! La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il paesaggio che la circonda è mozzafiato, immerso nella tranquillità, perfetto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. La piscina è perfetta, pulita e ben mantenuta, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Il personale è stato super super super super disponibile, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Tantissimi servizi a disposizione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questa villa a tutti,un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Masseria war einfach toll! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Masseria selbst ist ein echtes Juwel – wunderschön restauriert, mit liebevollen Details und einem unglaublichen Charme. Die Lage ist traumhaft: Umgeben von Olivenhainen und weitläufiger Natur, konnten wir herrlich abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Gleichzeitig ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Region zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps zu den besten Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir können die Masseria jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der eine authentische und erholsame Zeit in Apulien erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder :)

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.
