Great place to stay. This is the second time we have stayed there while working in Grand Rapids. If we are ever back in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This is a beautiful picturesque duplex with a swimming pool and hot tub. its got a comfortable king size bed and plenty of room to spread out. Joshua is very kind and attentive. What a great place to bring your dog and know that your dog will probably have a friend to play with sometimes in the back yard.

Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

Melissa’s house was amazing, absolutely loved it and the scenery? Amazing. 💕 She was very responsive when I asked some questions and very understanding when i brought some thing’s to her attention after our stay. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Erica’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas holiday! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in a clean, warm, and inviting space. The quiet and safe environment provided the perfect backdrop for quality family time. Erica was an excellent host—personable, timely with her responses, and incredibly accommodating. She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Very responsive. Very clean. The beds were so awesome I am purchasing it for my home. Spacious and living room seating was comfortable. Near shopping centers and grocery stores. Neighborhood has nice sidewalks. Love having a overhead fan in bedroom. We will book it again.

Our family of 6 traveled to Grand Rapids during Spring Break for a concert. We loved having a cozy house to come back to after our adventures each day! There was space to cook and eat meals, laugh and play games, and chill and rest together! Daniel was a great host! He even contacted us a few hours prior to our check-in to let us know the power was out due to some storms. He was willing to let us in to the house upon our arrival and often checked to make sure we were comfortable and content. Thanks for a great trip!

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Fantastic getaway for group of friends. Atmosphere and property was exactly what we needed and a good value. Very clean, updated, and had the amenities to make it a very enjoyable stay.

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

Jon was an excellent host! The house is beautiful and the property is even more so. We got to sit out back and watch all the wildlife (birds, woodpecker, deer, etc). It was the perfect place to have our friends gather and spend quality time. Would defiantly recommend!

Hunting trip with some buddies went great, home was clean, host was very attentive and responsive to all communications. We had 2 unavoidable issues during our stay but our host were great and took care of both issues without question, and very timely. I would definately recommend this host and we well likely be booking more trips at other locations as well.

The house was as advertised and extremely comfortable for my family. It was close to downtown and the walking trails too. Margeaux was great and communicated well through the whole trip. We would stay here again when in Bay City.

This house is a beautiful place to gather a group of people. The setting was gorgeous. We fell asleep to the spring peepers and awoke to the sandhill cranes. The house was gorgeous with fun nooks for all to inhabit. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was well appointed. We would stay here again!

Don and Kristy have a gem! The house character by itself is amazing - a ton of history just looking at the house. The next layer of amazing is in the form of furnishings! The mid century breakfast table, end tables, living room clock, couches, and chairs are completely amazing! Super flexible on scheduling also - very responsive. I can't say how wonderful our stay was! The neighborhood was quiet and all well kept! Truly a gem!

conveniently located between Brighton, Ann Arbor, and Ypsilanti. It had everything we were looking for. A great yard for the dogs, easy on/off the highway, separate bathrooms.
