The 73m² apartment can accommodate five people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The first bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide), the second has a double bed (180cm wide). The wardrobes provide ample storage space. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bath, a washbasin and a WC. The spacious kitchen has a dining space and is equipped with a stove and an oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Apart from the kitchen, the living room also has an air conditioning unit, one sofa bed (190cm long) and a TV. The yard around the house is fenced and therefore suitable for children and pets. Our apartment is located in a family house and the members of our family guests are available all day The apartment is located in a quiet part of town just 100 metres from the sea. On the street there are four grocery shops, a bakery and a market, where you can buy all everyday essentials. A kilometre away there are also two supermarkets. Near the house there are two rocky beaches, 800 and 1100 metres away. One of the beaches has a ramp for wheelchair users. It is 1300 metres to the Zadar old town.

Spacious, sunny, fully furnished apartment, with two balconies, in center of town will make your stay in Zadar unique experience. If you don't have internet or working cellphone and cannot reach us while you are travelling, you can do a self check-in. You'll get the instructions after you book the apartment and it's really easy to use it. The apartment building is located on the street which leads directly to the old part of the town, within 7 min walking distance.

Kitchen is equipped with oven, cooking plate, fridge, microwave and dishwaser. On walking distance is a market, green market, bars and restaurants and all main city attractions. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
