La personne qui nous accueilli au logement était charmante et nous a données toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin pour visiter les environs. Elle était toujours réactive en cas de question. Concernant le logement, nous avons été agréablement surpris il était un peu plus grand que ce que les photos laissaient penser. Il est entièrement équipé et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici et le recommandons sans hésiter.

Awesome location across a tiny street to the beach…great for multiple families or group of friends. We had a great stay & have already recommended it to others!

Staying at the Bleu Clair was absolutely wonderful, Noriko made she we were so well taken care of, even touring us around the seaside and helping us get in and out of the Shimoda center. The entire home is just wonderful, with the most incredible view, full amenities, warm in the winter, and just the most lovely place to stay. We walked every day to the beach and explored some of Noriko's recommendations, and really Shimoda and Noriko's home are both hidden gems! We can't recommend enough. Thank you Noriko for everything!

İt was one of my best stays. The house is so cosy and peaceful. The view is amazingly beautiful. I spent very lovely days and had a good retreat. The route to the house is quite steep, but it's worth the exercise and the scenery you get. There are nice routes surrounding. I will definitely come back again. I appreciate the host's warm and helpful guidance. Even the bath tablets were provided, so sweet 🥰🤗 Thank you for offering a 5 star service and this nice opportunity.

This is a super property near Shimoda. Clean, spacious and an added bonus with the onsen. Best to have a car to get here. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of six.

Loved staying here with my family. The place is secluded and private and feels like you’re in a small village surrounded by greenery. But you walk ten minutes along the boardwalk and you’re at beautiful Ohama beach. The perfect beach long weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

Loved our quick stay here. House is clean & spotless while having all the things we needed to feel right at home. The place has character and is decorated well, doesn't feel like some heartless airbnb unit, feels like a home. Very much appreciated that! Great stay! Strong internet/ WiFi. Close to downtown. Free bike use. Easy checkin, good communication l, and clean apartment. I stayed to go surfing nearby and they had parking available for my car.

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

We stayed for 6 nights and had wonderful time in the villa. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed something (our fault, not theirs). the view from the balcony is incredible and we used the sauna at least once a day. We were staying with our 2 year old son and can recommend to families. We hired a car and drove to shimoda from kyoto which we enjoyed, would suggest having a car in this location, there's plenty of other great beaches etc within a short drive if you don't just want to stay around the accommodation. Only takes less than 5 mins to get into town for restaurants etc too, although we used the BBQ on the deck several times which we all enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.
