The owner was fantastic and very responsive, even took us to the local grocery store. The house is on the side of the hill in an incredibly quiet and serene location with complete privacy. The outdoor hot bath was incredible, too, and a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it for anyone staying in Atami.

My husband and I had 3 great nights at Hill Top house. It was certainly dramatic excentuated by our arrival in the dark on the first night and waking in the morning to glorious sunshine and stunning views out to the Pacific, not to mention the monkey troop walking along the tree line behind the house. The house is as described and is a modernist gem. We would not hesitate to stay again. We only wished we had booked it for longer.

Place was small and cozy but able to accommodate large group. About 15 minute walk to train station. Location is nice for Hakone.

Is a lovely place nice location nice surrounding beautiful view and a lovely house actually the kitchen is very big and you can see Fuji mountain on the balcony and from the window in the house

ビーチがすぐそこで、ダイニングに座っていても海が見えて、星が綺麗で、ロケーション、最高でした！3世代の家族旅行でしたが、また来たいです。 電子レンジがないので、小さいお子様などいらっしゃる場合は持ち物に工夫が必要だと思いました。

近くに住む者です。息子夫婦が赤ちゃん連れで来るのに利用しました。 花火の日は、近隣の旅館の宿泊費は高騰しますが、今回、祭日でも平日料金となり、かなりお得な感じがしました。 当初、１ヶ月間違えて予約してしまったのにも日程変更で対応してくださったり、忘れ物の扱いにも快く応じてくださったり、連絡が非常にスムーズでした。ありがとうございました。

雨の日にチェックインでしたが、ホストのお兄さんが快く迎え入れてくれたお陰でとても楽しめましたし、チェックインからその他説明もしっかりしてもらえたので本当にありがたく思いました。 自分自身はもちろんその他旅行メンバーもまた来たいなと思えるほどの満足度でした。 次はぜひ晴れの日に利用させてもらいたいなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

The location is close to the main road, there are many restaurants around, there is also a supermarket. This house have 2 floors is quite comfortable for 13 of us, 6 adults and also 7 children. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 4 rooms here, we only use 3 rooms is enough, there is still 1 room with a tent to play. And 1 toilet near stairs. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, and a large playroom. Outside the house there is a large yard, suitable for children to play Unfortunately we arrived here at night and only slept overnight, the next morning we had to continue our journey so we couldn't enjoy the facilities

We had an amazing time during our 3 day weekend ! Place was exactly as per the pictures and we had the feeling of being in another country ! Beach really close by (walkable distance but with hill to get back to the house), convenient store and grocery shopping near by if you have a car. Would happily come back for holidays !

These hosts are hands down the nicest, most accommodating people I've ever experienced with air bnb, and we travel a lot. We traveled to the house without a car.. Miki greeted us close to the bus stop with coffee and not only offered a ride up to the property.. but also to the grocery store to pick up nessecities for our stay. They also gave us bikes to get around town. The house itself is a beautiful traditional japanese home. Only thing I will say, it has some bugs. This is expected given its location, just something to keep in mind if you are not comfortable with that. Overall we had a great stay! Thank you both so much for hosting us!

My family and I stayed here for three days and two nights, and we definitely had amazing experiences here. We reached quite late around 7pm but Kyoko-san patiently waited for us, greeted us and gave nice tour around the house. Even the home owner and the other co-hosts were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. For the next two mornings, we were blessed; greeted by the lovely Mount Fuji and the view from the house was spectacular ❤️ We came here during the Eid month, so we even had family Eid photos here! Such memorable experiences, and we would definitely recommend this place to others :)

文句なしの満点の宿でした。 今回は家族3人での宿泊でしたが、天気もよかったので夜景も綺麗で、周りにも建物もないので、とても静かに過ごせました。 朝も何も遮るモノがない景色で最高の時間でした。 次回は友人や他の家族含めてなど大人数で来てバーベキューしたいです。

サウナ、水風呂、天然温泉はいずれも気持ちよく利用できました！施設の説明もわかりやすくしていただき、快適に宿泊することができました。

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The second floor is large and cozy with plenty of room and we used the grill on the covered balcony. It’s a nice neighborhood just up the road from Kisami beach. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Hosts were very helpful with recommendations and getting us cabs into town. The beach was perfect for our 3 kids and a very close walk from the house. They had lots of boogie boards and surf boards available to rent. The Kitchen was well equipped and we loved they had multiple refrigerators since the space used to be a restaurant. The bedrooms were very good size for multiple people. Air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and living room. We loved the huge deck for relaxing! Laundry was a bit difficult as there is no dryer. Places to hang dry your clothes were available. One down side to the house is there is no bathroom upstairs, and all the bedrooms were up stairs. I would Deffinetly recommend this great beach house! Thanks guys for a great time.

Stayed here with some teammates (4 adults +1 child) for the 2025 Va'a Japan Nationals Race. The cozy space was wonderful and had everything we needed to feel right at home and set up a base to compete from. The larger fridge and fully stocked kitchen was a must and the available laundry amenities and clothing lines came in handy since we were constantly cycling through wet clothes. The proximity to the beach was great and we were able to pop back in and rest between the events whenever we wanted. It was also close to a great restaurant and a cluster of vending machines. Unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsuko’s house, and the view on the sea was amazing! The house is comfortable to stay for longer periods, with more than enough cooking utensils, cutlery and plates and cups for cooking. Definitely visit the local hotspring, and Manyo park in Yugawara for a relaxed day out. There are also some local busses for commuting to the nearest supermarkets.

Rumi was an awesome host and her place is so well equipped and relaxing. We went in early Spring when it was still very cold and the place was warm and cosy, the living room gets so much sunlight, feels spacious and inviting. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen a few nights and also went to some nearby restaurants. There’s an awesome sourdough pizza place called Fermenco about a 30 min walk away that we loved. And if you come in summer there are so many beaches around but you’ll need a car to get around. Can’t recommend Rumi’s house high enough!

Isao's place was very welcoming and the sea view was amazing. We stayed on the mattress instead of the futon. Mattress was fantastic and there were also enough blankets even when it was in the middle of winter.

Me and my daughter loved staying here. It had a traditional Japanese style room which we loved. It was a little cold, but we were given plenty of heaters and that helped. Located in a very quiet and cosy spot. We hired a car and drove from Tokyo, which I highly recommend if you visit. There is so much to see in the area if you have a car.

一家三口来到伊豆半岛的海边小镇，全日式房屋让我们真实的体验了一下日本的生活，房子的空间非常大，完全是日剧或者漫画中的家的样子，浴室直通高温温泉，泡温泉变得非常的便利，厨房锅具一些盖子不是特别匹配，但是有很多漂亮的咖啡杯，水杯酒杯，餐具非常的齐全，大小都有。榻榻米的垫子足够厚，躺上去一点也不会觉得硬，周围特别安静，睡眠质量很高。最近的超市骑车过去差不多要十五分钟，但是价格非常合理，品质也很棒。網代的海水清澈，能看到鱼，太喜欢这里的生活了，如果有个汽车开就完美极了。
