The cabin was set on the Brow over Mentone - an awesome location. There’s neighbors but it’s a quiet location and we felt it was private. We enjoyed the hot tub and had breakfast on the porch looking over Mentone and surrounding area - watched the trains come through in the distance. We needed the quiet and restful atmosphere - not disappointed. Artsy shops and good eating nearby. We drove to Lafayette and made a loop through Chickamauga (great for any Civil War buffs ) then back to Mentone on a day trip out. The scenery along the way was beautiful. We found a great nursery in Lafayette where we bought plants to take home.

Chad was super friendly and helpful. I went to this cabin for my bachelorette weekend and the girls and I had an absolute blast. We slept 7 extremely comfortably. The cabin is right on the Mentone strip but tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a nearby park. Beautiful scenery and beautiful, cozy cabin!

Simplement génial ! Une vraie petite maison (pas si petite) avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour. à proximité de Little River canyon et de DeSoto park. Il faut toutefois prendre la voiture. on n'avait pas envie de repartir. Je pense que c'est idéal pour passer plusieurs jours et profiter des parcs environnants.

This was perfect for our trip! We were only a 15 min drive from a grocery store, but high enough in the mountains to feel secluded. The views were breathtaking and the tri-state trail was challenging but rewarding!

Great experience have already recommended it to 5 people who plan on visiting the area. What it might not say in description is you are actually in the middle of everything you could want to do up there while also being in a very private area. If you go in the winter the snow ski lodge is not even 5 minutes away, the famous wildflower cafe is nearby,in the other seasons DeSoto falls, the state park, and little river canyon are all just short drives away and are breathtaking. It doesn’t matter what time of year you go this will be a great spot. You can tell the people that run the place try really hard to make it a memorable experience. I don’t leave reviews this lengthy, but this is the one don’t bother to keep looking. 10 out of 10 hands down one of the best experiences we have had on vacation and we have been all over.

AWESOME STAY! This is an absolutely beautiful location to stay at if you’re wanting a private, quiet getaway. It’s distance from town is just enough to feel isolated but close enough that it’s no sweat to get to stores or the beautiful sight areas. The hot tub was a hit on our girls trip and the fireplace and tv was perfect! We plan to stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. It’s so quaint and comfortable that you feel right at home from the minute you walk in the door. The host is always helpful and responsive. We will stay again.

If you want an unreal getaway close to Huntsville or Chattanooga, Cabin Lenora is that place. The view made us appreciate all that God has created and done for us. The quietness and solitude is like no other place we have been. The quiet dead end road let us walk for miles in peace. Bubba was an exceptional host and very pleasant to deal with. From Huntsville, stop for food at the Scottsboro Publix. If you feel like venturing out, the hamburgers at Flat Rock Grocery can’t be beat!

Snuggle Inn was perfect. Snuggled in mountains you will find a beautiful cabin. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, especially loved the hot tub. Our two Scotties loved walking in the woods. Visited nearby Mentone and Fort Payne for lunch. Burgers & Brews in Fort Payne especially good. We loved so much, we stayed extra night.

First, David is fantastic to work with! Very responsive and helpful! Honey Hole was the perfect place for our fishing trip and we had a fantastic time. I will say that the pictures do not do this place justice. Very updated, immaculately clean, and an excellent location near one of our favorite boat ramps. I would not hesitate to stay here again or any other of D&E Landing's properties!

The Otter Box cabin was the perfect getaway! We were offered very early check-in to this immaculate cabin. We had absolutely everything we needed and some extras to include snacks and the best coffee. Sitting on the porch and watching the deer with a hot, fresh cup of coffee was a favorite. We were comfortable, and the setting is so peaceful. The host is friendly and very precise with directions. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Literally such an amazing stay for a night. It’s adorable and a great place to crash. The cabin is so cute! And loved how clean and new everything was! I felt right at home. Would stay here again!

This is the coziest spot! We loved the loft, walking in the woods, the close proximity to DeSoto, and the area in general. A big storm rolled though and the host checked on us ! Super sweet

oh wow, I don't think I can write just a "short" review... This place was phenomenal. The pool was absolutely epic. My family loved it. The house was so comfortable with plenty of space and everything that we needed to cook. The porch has a beautiful view and is a great place to sit out and drink your coffee in the mornings. or anytime. I know I must have text Fred a hundred times with questions and he responded super quick and was so kind and helpful. We had no issues with the home. other than Not wanting to leave. We will definitely be booking this cabin again and I highly recommend This home. I look forward to visiting again when our schedules permit. on a scale from 1 to 10 I give this experience a 20!

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

Jason’s place was exceptional. The pictures do not do it justice. Very quiet, and convenient for the location. The feel is very comfortable and would definitely be a place that I go back to. Easy to find and easy check in.

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

The Paradise Point cabins are at a great location to be away from everything and enjoy the scenery. Spacious for 6 adults. Make sure to purchase everything you need for the time staying so you don't need to run to town. Fred's very responsive on any questions that you may have. Easy check out items to complete as well. Washer and Dryer so bring your soap

Beautiful location! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The pool house was huge and a big hit with the kids. We loved having the private hot tub. It was a little cool all week so we didn’t realize utilize the outdoor kitchen but it was a great feature. One note- there is not really any storage space for your clothes but we just worked out of our suitcase.
