Very nice place, a short drive into Galena and around 20 minutes to Chestnut Mountain. We stayed there with our daughter and two of her friends, and they thought it was great. It snowed before we arrived, and we appreciated that Stefania removed the snow and made it easy to get in and out.

What a great spot to “get away from it all”. Beth’s place was so inviting from the moment we stepped through the door. Cozy chairs by the fireplace, relaxing outdoor deck spaces, and a comfortable bed made for a wonderful weekend AND IT’S DOG FRIENDLY! Plus there’s an amazing spa minutes away and Galena is about 15 minutes away. We will be back!!

Our second time at this property. Love that each bedroom has a bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Lots of towels in bathrooms. Very quiet at night. Nice you added a coffee bar and huge sectional in living room Highly recommend this property. House while spacious is also very comfortable.

This home was a great place to stay for my bachelorette party in Galena. It was a short drive to the shops in town. It is in a private neighborhood with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed from towels to kitchenware. Kyle was responsive and great to work with. 100% recommend!

Serenity packaged with a pristine bow. The only thing I am looking forward to about check out this morning is driving home to plan my next stay. Best Airbnb stay ever! The home is even be better than pictured. Stayed the weekend with 3 girlfriends, we each had our own rooms and baths. We had such a wonderful time, it felt as though we were at a spa retreat. Alexis has curated the most beautifully decorated home. Each suite is equipped with its own beautifully appointed bath, plush robes, and Aveda products. We loved the crisp late winter/early spring night air from the hot tub. The morning sunrise with our coffee in front of the great room fireplace. The wildlife from our bedroom patios and the Currier and Ives picturesque view from the kitchen window overlooking the horse barn. Thank you, Alexis for creating this peaceful place for those of us who need a gentle reminder to slow down, appreciate life's beauty, and find time to celebrate our friendships. We stayed in a studio room & it was the perfect size for 2 people. With a queen bed, couch & chair there was plenty of room to sprawl out. The bathroom was also incredible with a huge jetted tub. The kitchen came with any essentials for cooking & was easy to work with. It was about a 12 min drive from downtown Galena, but the view was definitely worth it! Jesse was great to work with & responded quickly with any requests. Would definitely stay here & with Jesse again!!

Stay was very nice, clean, great fireplace, large tub next to fireplace was unique, lots of space and much better than staying at a standard hotel. Unit we stayed in did not have Murphy bed as pictured (just a standard bed in the room) but was not an issue. Did not utilize all the onsite amenities, but was nice that they were an option. Would definitely stay again.

Fred's place is such a cute oasis for anyone seeking a nice weekend getaway alone or for two. We took advantage of the jetted tub and fire place our entire stay, and were able to check out the pool and gym as well. We wanted to cook all our meals there due to covid, and the place was equipped with everything we needed. It was a perfect 10 mins from Galena's Main Street which also made it really convenient. I would definitely look to stay here again if I ever find myself back in Galena.
