This was the perfect place to stay in Ashland! Great location; walkable to restaurants, shopping and live theater! Nice views…like being in a treehouse. Everything is provided to give you all the comforts in a home. We appreciated the cleanliness, brochures and books on things to do, and a very friendly and responsive host! Would love to come back!

We had a great stay at the farm house. It was very comfortable and private. The host was very communicative. I had misread some of the details about accommodations, yet they were very flexible and helpful. All around a great stay. Highly recommend. I loved their dog.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Britt Bungalow! The home itself is beautiful and serene, with a stunning garden and multiple cozy outdoor seating areas that made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Jacksonville, surrounded by great local restaurants, charming shops, walking trails, and even a dog park just minutes away on foot. Our dog loved the stay just as much as we did, especially soaking up the sun in the lovely outdoor space. The host, Tambo, was incredibly hospitable—friendly, responsive, and respectful of all our needs. We loved it so much, we've already booked the bungalow again for our next visit. Highly recommend this gem of a property!

Great roomy space. Other than it being a very tight bathroom, there's is plenty of room for several large adults. Spacious main bedroom, decent second bedroom, comfy long sectional. Idealy for 3 adults in my mind. Very convenient location, easy access, parking. If you're on the fence, and fine with 1 bath, just book it.

This was a lovely place to stay. The hosu was clean and spacious, with nice views of the valley, and in a quiet neighborhood. Walking to downtown or the dog park was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We just had a quick overnight stay but it was perfect for us. The bed was super comfy, which is important to me. The shades get the room dark enough to sleep in! The thermostat works great. It was really a lovely little space in a perfect location close to everything. I’d highly recommend this place. My husband and I were there with our daughter, who slept on a very nice bed from the pullout sofa. We didn’t use the kitchen or shower but they looked nice.

This cottage was so clean and comfortable! Thank you, Wren, for making it such a nice place, and for welcoming our dog, too. The back yard was large and fenced, and I felt my dog was safe. Despite the proximity of other homes, the cottage felt private and was very quiet. It was well-stocked, everything worked, and it was warm and cozy despite the rain and chilly temps. Would definitely recommend, and will likely stay there again!
