The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Lazy Dog Acres “Mini Suite”

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac (Great Dane)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !
