Great communications, preparation and advice. Enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island and being within Omni property & on the beach were ideal and secure. Large, clean condo had all we needed, and convenient for beach walks. Highly recommended for a couple.

Very quiet neighborhood, clean and cute house

Well priced beach shabby unit walking distance to the beach. It's exactly as we expected based on description and photos. The outdoor space is excellent and there's convenient onsite parking provided. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Stay was wonderful. Great place, Very nice place. and well kept. Only negative was, I have stayed at many Airbnb's and I thought Cleaning fee was beyond excessive in price$240. To top it off they have a long list of items to help the cleaners with before you check out. Not a fan of that, You cant get my money and then my help cleaning. Didnt make sense to me but it was my fault for not paying better attention to it before I booked. I would not have booked if I would have paid better attention to the cleaning fee price.

Beautiful condo , lots to do in the area, restaurants and bars walking distance, right across from beach. I’d definitely recommend it especially with families traveling together very large lots of space

Small, but packed with everything you need and organized well. She was very responsive to needs (out of tp and delivered immediately) and helped us find extra sheets for the cot. it is not a new fancy place, but nice, clean, and worth the price for being so close to the beach. I'd recommend to friends.

Beautifully well kept home in an outstanding location with a beautiful peaceful beach, just steps away. Every part of this process was easy and smooth. We were very excited to find when we arrived that an outdoor patio area with a fire pit had just been completed. We enjoyed s’mores almost each night and had a wonderful time with family. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were large and thoughtfully put together. This is a very nice quiet location but just a short 10 minute drive to a grocery store or restaurants. Host is highly responsive and able to answer any and all questions we had. We would recommend and hope to stay again soon!
