This house was a wonderful place for our family to stay. It's clean, comfortable, well-designed, and has a lot of amenities. We felt right at home and could've stayed weeks!

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It comfortably fit our two families and there was much to keep the kids occupied for a few days. Quick drive to the beach and some good restaurants. The backyard was wonderful as well!! Well done!!

Had my family come in from all over for my graduation and it was a perfect location and housed everyone comfortably! I could not have asked for a better place and easy location.

We had another amazing stay at both of Roger and Amy’s homes! Everything was exactly as advertised, and both houses were spotless upon arrival. The attention to detail and cleanliness made our stay incredibly comfortable. Communication was seamless, and they were fantastic hosts throughout the entire process. We highly recommend staying at their properties and would absolutely book with them again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Mark was very responsive, and welcoming. We loved the pool and hot tub! We also really enjoyed the pool table, and the spacious house. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect home to celebrate my daughter 10th birthday. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t need to bother for any extras for anything. We only needed to get the groceries we needed and everything else the home had. The host was so responsive with everything even before we got there. She even accommodated a late check out and we are so grateful for that as we got much needed rest. The kids loved the pool even with them having to clean it out due to the leaves and bugs but they didn’t mind and it was due to the surrounding trees. Overall the house was amazing and we would def book again when in area.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. We stayed at this property for the second straight year for the GA/FL game. the property was clean and well stocked and close restaurants and a Publix across the street. We will stay here again.

I was attending a family reunion in which I thought that I would be able to stay with a family member. Upon realizing that all of us were told we could stay with that family member, I knew me and my family needed to stay somewhere else. I was frantic and needed the house the day of. Glenn was so helpful and accommodating. His home allowed me and my family to be at peace and to have our own space during this time. The home was exactly as described on the inside. The only thing I don’t think I was made aware of is that there are other homes that appear on the same property no one disturbed us and we didn’t disturb them. All in all I would say the home itself is a five star with plenty of room!

The stay was wonderful! We loved the fenced in yard for your pups to run around and roam in. The chickens were great to look at in the morning. We had difficulties working the living room TV but that was not a host issue that was more operator error. Everything was fantastic, we definitely stay again.

The house was the perfect size for us, a family of 10. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the marina to catch a sunset cruise or rent some jet ski's or relax on the beach. There's a Publix and a few bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We will definitely be looking to rent this place again soon!

Loved the house, the area and the amenities. Michael’s place was better than we imagined, large and comfortable. Everything was spotless, organized, worked perfectly. Additional touches were the coffee, detergent, and dishwasher tablets. Michael was responsive and always friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and everyone was friendly. It was a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend staying at Michael’s.

If your looking for a family getaway vacation spot with nice beaches and good sight seeing, St. Augustine is the place to go! This house was a perfect size for our family of five. Very spacious and clean. The master bed and bath was amazing and our little ones enjoyed the pool. I 100% recommend this home. This home has close proximity to Villano beach, dolphin tours, and downtown St. Augustine with local shops and great food. Check out Ben’s pretzels on George street it’s a must try! Thank you for making our vacation one of the best yet!!

Angela is very responsive. Written communication left within the Airbnb as well as suggestions for restaurants, local activities, etc. Very much appreciated the beach towels, bikes, laundry detergent, dishwasher and dishwashing detergents and plenty of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for our entire stay. The pool area is beautiful and the pool is nice and warm. The beds were very comfortable. Easy bike ride to the beach and walkable for most. The decor was nice and we were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.

We went to Craig’s home to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday and Easter! The home was beautiful! The booking and check in process was easy. The welcome snacks, drinks and kites were a nice surprise. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The golf cart provided fun rides around the neighborhood for them. The beach was a short walk away. The wagon was a great plus to use to take the beach chairs and beach toys that you provided to use for the beach. There were plenty of beach towels provided to use for the pool. With 5 kids we chose to cook at the house and order in. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and baking trays available to cook our Easter meal. Publix was 5 minutes away. They have many quick meal options like that you can pre order. The pool area was private and the play area provided additional fun things to do. We really enjoyed our stay at your home and hope to return again in the future. Thanks! 😊
