Another fun stay here! You can't ask for a better location in the center of Jacó. This is a very lively area, so if you are a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.

Michael was an incredible host. He gave us bikes to get around, helped us with local activities and surf lessons, and had fresh local fruit waiting for us when we arrived. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive. We are lucky we were able to stay at Michael's place.

The place is 10/10 with the views, the location is 10/10 walking distance to everything I would definitely stay here again. We loved it big bedrooms each one has a bathroom. A+++++++

Buena ubicación , lugar privado y con mucho silencio. Tomar en cuenta que solo un cuarto tiene aire acondicionado y ese mismo cuarto tiene un colchón muy duro, después de eso todo bien.

Group of 6 guys on a bachelor trip - I was the planned. The stay was wonderful, the services provided were extremely helpful, and there’s tons to do. They always provided very solid recommendations for food and activities, and there are a handful of really nice places to eat that make you feel welcomed. The scenery is beautiful, and the location is very close to all of the “downtown” scene for bars as well as the “more lowkey” scene for a relaxing vacation. The concierge and cleaning services were extremely helpful, and there wasn’t really anything we ever needed that the place did not have. We opted to go out more, but if you were to stay in and cook your meals it has a fully functional kitchen with everything needed. From when we landed to when we departed, they had a solution to everything. Transportation, chef services, excursions, dinner recommendations, sights to see, everything was extremely easy and I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone

Hay que subir con calma para no pasar de largo la entrada, especialmente cuidado al subir si llueve. Las instrucciones son muy claras, así que no hay pérdida. El alojamiento es una maravilla: vistas impresionantes, una tranquilidad absoluta… ideal para hacer yoga o relajarse con música chill. Lo recomiendo tanto para familias como para parejas—de noche, con las luces de la piscina, es puro romanticismo. Tiene un altavoz que se escucha increíble. La cama es comodísima, y por la mañana se puede disfrutar del sol y el calorcito junto a la piscina. El aire acondicionado enfría rápidamente, y la ducha en el baño de mármol, con ese gel de olor delicioso, es una delicia. Una experiencia sencillamente exquisita.

We live in CR and the states, so we’ve been to Jaco many times. This house definitely was one of our favorite. Kib was outstanding in every way. The kitchen has everything you need. The condo neighborhood has mini golf, volleyball, gym, tennis courts, soccer field, a huge lap pool, a separate pool with huge social awning and mini cabanas. Jaco is very near, easy by bicycle. There is a pharmacy very near. Automercado is the go to for groceries or Maxi Pali. Grab your groceries on the way to the condo. AirBnB charges $60 cleaning fee. Unfortunately that doesn’t go to the amazing Tico’s who work hard to feed their families. That is not the fault of Kib or the owner. Tip your house cleaners. Thanks for an amazing stay Kib.

El alojamiento es cómodo y tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar un tiempo de desconexión. La piscina es pequeña pero perfecta. Excelente temperatura, la casa es muy agradable.

Una casa hermosa y cómoda, prácticamente al frente de la piscina. La entrada al garage es un poco incómoda (alta) por lo que se necesita un carro alto o entrar con cuidado.

My wife and I hosted two groups of people from the US and Canada and held a creativity workshop while taking the group on excursions in the surrounding area. The property was as described with seven nicely decorated villas and a club house by the pool. All the villas were very clean as were the pools. The property is very large and the villas are spread out. This provides privacy between villas. The roads and paths are a little rustic and as it is a large property some of the garden areas are more well maintained than others. All of the villas have full kitchens and there is a basic kitchen in the clubhouse. Also there is a buffet style restaurant directly across the street and numerous restaurants within a minute or two drive. There is a large wall and gate surrounding the property giving good security. The highway is noticeably loud with many trucks. The hosts were excellent and helpful. This location is great to get to many tours and beaches nearby.

Great trip and location for us . 1st time here and not the last time. In the heart of everything.. We loved that every excursion we booked they picked us up from the house.. We definitely enjoyed ourselves be back soon..

Todo estuvo bien, solo el pequeño detalle que nos molestó en tema de salud, que en las instalaciones se permite fumar y el olor es bastante incómodo y desagradable tanto en la piscina como en el apartamento. Sin embargo Priscila estuvo atenta a darnos respuestas en todo momento.

Departamento muy seguro y privado en un lindo condo. Limpio y bien provisto. amplio y comodo, excelente cama! Muy recomendable!

This our 3rd trip to Jaco and Bahia Encantada. We’ve stayed in multiple units and this unit has met our expectations. The location is perfect, and the condo had everything we needed.

Excelente estadía. Es un lugar tranquilo, con fácil acceso a restaurantes y supermercados. Muy cerca de la playa para disfrutar de los hermosos atardeceres. El anfitrión es muy atento, se tiene una excelente comunicación. La casa está muy ordenada y la cocina cuenta con todos los accesorios necesarios para cocinar. Quedamos muy contentos.

Staying here for a year, the owner and David allowed us to make this place our home. The condo is very roomy for a family of 3. The beautiful beach is about a mile away. Grocery stores are close by and walkable. The condo is up in the hills so the views are wonderful. The amenities here are really nice: pool, patio, grill. Amazing neighbors! There are lots of fruit trees here and beautiful birds. The unit itself is really nice. There are 1st and 2nd floor balconies, 2-1/2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. For our family we used 2 bedrooms, but there is a 3rd bedroom on the lower level as well. There is also storage for our bikes in the garage. David is a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to any issues we had. I must say that living here for a year is much different than a week or 2 stay. As with any home you are going to have some issues - big and small. But having David and owner accessible has allowed our stay to be quite enjoyable.
