Amazing location, clean apartment and great view to the beach. We are definitely coming back in our next vacation.

I stayed at Shay's apartment for almost a week. The place matches the photos, it is super clean and you can properly rest. Apart from this, Shay and his team made a great effort to make my stay comfortable. You are very central, you can walk everywhere: to shopping centres, to the beach, to Jaffa. There is a non stop grocery store just across the street, and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. Thank you Shay for being a great host. I would be glad to return oneday.

Nous avons passer un excellent sejour Ben est hyper a l ecoute et repond en maximum 15 minutes ! La maison est hyper propre et tres stylee avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

חיפשנו מקום להתארגנות לפני חתונה והמקום היה מושלם! המון אור והרבה מקום היינו 11 איש ולא הרגיש צפוף, המקום היה נקי והמיטות היו נוחות ומאובזר במה שצריך.

The place is amazing, near the sea, and the view is amazing from the balcony, a lot of places to eat and many surprises inside❤️

Iris is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, codes, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The room was cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and the house as a whole was very clean and well maintained with all the facilities that one needs. The house is located in an extremely safe neighborhood and is close to all the local amenities. The backyard deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality. Iris makes an extra effort to help you with your stay. She genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being. I had a lot of inspiring, thought-provoking, intellectual and funny conversations with her. The more I got to know Iris, the more inspired I was! In addition to all this, the diversity of the people staying in the house is something very very special! I got to meet some delightful people from array of backgrounds and was lucky to make some wonderful friends. I highly recommend her place and look forward to staying there again!!

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

Nice suite in a hotel. Great checkin and service from the staff, and great communication from the host.

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

Hadas was an outstanding host from the moment i booked the holiday, to when i returned home. I asked her to arrange some food for my arrival, this was done, no problem. The apartment was spotless and with plenty of towels, soap, essentials etc. The building is beautiful with a 24 hour doorman. The swimming pool is huge and great too. The location is amazing, right on the beach and you have an amazing view day and night. If there was anything I needed, Hadas was right on hand 24/7 to help me. She couldn't have done more to be honest. I would not hesitate to stay there again, or at an of her properties that she has to offer. Thank you Hadas for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Апартаменты на 9 этаже с превосходным панорамным видом на море (1 линия). Вид из окон гостиной и кухни просто потрясающий!!! Хозяева всегда на связи, помогают, подсказывают и оперативно решают любой вопрос. Заселялись глубокой ночью - на входной двери кодовый замок, код и все инструкции хозяева сообщили заранее (при этом хозяин также был на связи). Отличный круглосуточный магазин на 1 этаже дома. Шикарный пляж через дорогу. Отдельная благодарность за посудомоечную машину и стиралку. Порадовали приятные мелочи - таблетки для посудомоечной, стиральный порошок, соль, сахар и т.п. Посуды достаточно, но маловато кружек и стаканов. В целом в квартире тихо, но выходящие к лифту соседи очень шумели. :) Wifi отличный по всей квартире, есть рабочая зона. В квартире два туалета. Удобные подушки и приятное постельное белье. Нам с детьми было очень комфортно. В целом хорошо и чисто, но небольшая косметика не будет лишней. :) Нам бы хотелось сюда вернуться снова...

В квартире проживали моя мама. Далее - с её слов: Это жильё – даже не квартира, а домик Карлсона на крыше, что-то такое, о чём мы мечтали в детстве. Надо сказать честно: это действительно очень маленькое жилище. Кухня такая крошечная, что плитку пришлось вынести на террасу, а душевая кабинка – это просто душ напротив унитаза. Но это совершенно не важно, потому что море и пляж в одной минуте ходьбы, есть огромная терраса, где завтрак в утренние часы, пока не жарко, – настоящее наслаждение. Есть и шезлонги, и большой стол для компании – терраса очень просторна. Редкое качество этой квартиры – тишина. Поверьте, вы вряд ли где-то в Бат-Яме такое найдёте, это очень шумный город! Содержание квартиры безупречно, чистота идеальная. Прекрасные коммуникации: горячей воды сколько угодно, напор отличный, интернет сильный, кондиционер мощный и удобный в управлении. Но главное достоинство домика на крыше – это его хозяйка. Далия невероятно гостеприимна и заботлива. Она всегда рядом и готова помоч

Amazing flat in an amazing location. Perfect for 1-2 people. Has everything you need to feel at home and is in an incredible spot in TLV that allows quick beach access as well as access to the heart of the city. While it's near the shuk, it is not noisy. Everything was clean and tidy and they provide linens, towels, toiletries, and more. Highly recommend! The apartment building door wasn't locking properly for my stay, but I reached out and the host said it should be fixed soon. But if that is important for you, you could check if that's been fixed. The area felt very safe even very late at night, though, so I was not concerned.

This was a perfect 4 day stay for me. I love this area (right between the beach and the market) , and I really liked the apartment itself. Very spacious, not fancy but also well maintained and very nicely designed. Excellent balcony, very comfy living room with a big TV with speakers and even a record-player! Hope to be back there sometime soon:)

We had a great stay at Louis's place, the apartment is convinently located in the heart of the lovely Florentine neighbourhood with plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants within few min walk, and also great public transportation connections (light rail, busses etc.). the apartment is very cozy and has a great views from the 6th floor balcony (you could see the sea.) The beach is also in a close vicinity. Louis is a wonderful host, communication with him was very easy and efficient. We would strongly recommend this place for everyone considering spending time in Tel Aviv - Yaffo!

Ronen's place was magical beyond. We were hit with the glitter and glamor from the moment we opened the door and were met with the most prestine, cozy and clean, welcoming beautiful beach home. The view is SPECTACULAR beyond. We were glued to the huge windows overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, its never ending blue waves and soft sandy beaches. Ronen gave clear instructions on how to check in, and accommodated our requests for a crib and everything else to make our stay super comfortable. The place was fully equipped with everything you might need. I've been to many vacation rentals in the past, and this was a one of a kind place where everything worked, everything was clean and was simply perfect. My children literally did not want to leave. We'd definitely love to come visit here again! Thank you Ronen for an unforgettable stay!

great place. magnificent house with great garden and excellent location. near the beach. quite side street bit away from the center. Great hosts. very clean and well equipped. roomy (we a family of six felt space for everyone). recommend highly!

The unit is in one of the best locations in Tel Aviv, with 99% walkability. The beach, Bananas Beach, is across the street and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We have stayed in many units before, and this is in the top three with true value. The parking and security are two great amenities and a clean and well maintained laundry room was very useful. Austin was very responsive, helpful and made us feel welcome. I wish we could have met in parson!
