We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Great place, clean and affordable

Our whole family really enjoyed staying at Eddy and Tita's house. The house is spacious, comfortable, and feels just like home. The facilities provided were also very complete. The kids were very happy staying there. The location is strategic, close to shopping centers. The neighborhood is very conducive, making us feel at ease spending time at the house. Thank you Eddy & Tita for the hospitality! Hope someday we can revisit.

Enjoyed staying here. Building complex includes a gym, sauna and pool. Convenience store and other shops on the ground floor.

This is a great apartment. I was here for a month and was throughly impressed.

Nowys place was so nice, we ended up staying extra time in Jakarta! We are on a long trip and it was so nice to have the little things provided - water, toiletries and children's toys and books for the little ones to play with. Also the shower is so good! Handy to be close to the mall - you can access via the 3rd floor (through the adjacent tower).

Great place to stay with family. Location very good and very convenient to go anywhere from apartment. Apartment is still new and have good ambience and good decoration. Host very responsive and gave a lot of good instruction during check in and check out. Will sure to check in again. Thanks to all hosts

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Unitnya homey, sesuai dengan di gambar. sebelum check in sudah di wa oleh housekeepernya, jadi komunikasi bisa lebih cepat. bersih, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang langsung depan unit. private lift dan parkir gratis untuk tamu juga

Kami menginap 1 Minggu merasa nyaman sekali. Disediakan tidak hanya welcome Drink saja, tapi macam2 snack. Keluar unit langsung ke kolam renang dan ruang olah raga, meskipun kami tidak menggunakan fasilitas ini. Unit ini kami rekomendasikan dan kemungkinan besar bila ada kesempatan, kami akan kembali bermalam.

The place is clean and convenient. Sisca is very responsive to help when we have issues. It's a nice place to stay with family, well equipped for staying and cooking, everything we need to make this a home. Thanks, Sisca.

The apartment is small but very complete. It is very convenient to be living next to the mall, where there are dozens of shops and resto's available, just outside the door. The unit was clean and cozy. Note that most cupboards were closed for obviously it is a private apartment of the owner, but there was enough space available to store clothes. The pool and whirlpool downstairs are very nice. Communication with Anty and Muthia was quick and they helped us out nicely when needed. The mattrass is nice, wifi was good enough for work purposes. Definitely recommended. PS: Note that central Jakarta is always full of trafic jams.

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

I had a great time staying at Adhys place. The design of the unit was very unique. The space was not too big though but enough for two adults and two children. The amenities provided were useful. The swimming pool is a big win for the kids and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Thank you and will be back again.

I had a good time staying at Antania’s! Loved the ambience, the design, how she matches all the interiors etc Antania is really easy to talk, responsive and helpful.
