Una experiencia extraordinaria, las amenidades cumplían y excedían los estándares de otros sitios. Mucha comunicación y además nos dio un excedente de tiempo para hacer el check out y poder disfrutar un poco más de la playa de Chacala

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe muy amplio y super céntrico a pocas calles de la catedral, un lugar muy tranquilo, cuenta con par de terrazas compartida muy amplias, esperamos volver pronto.

Excelente lugar, Karina muy amable y servicial. Está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, junto a un oxxo y chedeaui.

Loved the place. The pool/lounge area was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures, perfect for a couple.

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

El alojamiento de Ben fue increíble! Buena ubicación, la casa es hermosa y acogedora, puedes encontrar varios restaurantes cercanos, plazas y calles principales del Centro Histórico, Ben fue flexible, ya que llegamos antes de lo esperado y nos permitió hacer el Check-in, si yo tenia dudas Ben las respondía, en general fue amable y nuestra estancia muy buena!! Definitivamente volvería , si estás pensando en alojarte aquí no lo dudes…

Super professional and prompt host! European/Canadian/US standards of apartment and amenities. I especially liked the filtered water option. Super convenient location near everything yet quiet. PS Our airplane was at 6:20pm and the host kindly allowed us to stay way past the checkout time. How considerate!

Great location - right in the heart of Sayulita and only a 2 min walk to the beach. Fast Wifi with a workstation in the bedroom - and TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Nice balcony overlooking the main street. Kitchen has all the amenities needed - little market across the street as well as an OXXO 1 block away. Beach towels and umbrella were provided as well as great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Will definitely stay here again!

We had the best escape at Alexis's place! The distance to town was perfect - maybe a three minute walk to the square and a five minute walk to the beach. Close enough to get there in an instant, but far enough away to be separate from the hustle and bustle. The place was free of clutter but had everything we needed. And the communication was impressive: quick, helpful, and informative! It was obvious there was thought put into what guests would want and would benefit from, and we soaked it up! We look forward to staying there on our next escape to Sayulita!

Great place with an excellent location. Matthew's apartment is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. If you're looking for a cozy place to relax but still accessible for interesting activities or visiting paradisiacal places, this is the place for you. My family and I felt at home and safe at all times. Matt was always on top of everything and made my stay very pleasant. I will definitely come back!

Thanks for a great month in PV! As you know we had some troubles with the hot water but your wonderful VERY helpful manager, Omar, always took our calls and assured us that won't be a problem in the future. Of course its no secret that getting to the apartment is a bit of a hike but we got used to it and didn't have to feel guilty about not exercising! The apartment is spacious and simple but very functional. We cooked quite a bit at home and were happy with supplied pots/pans/dishes. The deck is huge with a comfy hammock and even with some wires in the way the view is beautiful. We brought binoculars and saw quite a few whales frolicking in the bay. There is a street light I found annoyingly bright at night and I would love to see the addition of a sun umbrella which could provide some shade in the afternoon and block that light at night. There is a sweet neighbor, Senor Emilio, and he often sits outside on his chair and cheerfully greets you on the way up & down. Happy friendly people, that's Mexico life!

The apartment provided excellent service, was clean, had all the required utilities, beautiful installations, and amenities. The host gave us excellent service and support throughout the time. 100% recommendable.

This was an excellent space and is right up the street from the Malecon and just over the bridge from Zona Romantica. I really love staying here. The kitchen had everything you could need, it was very clean and the AC worked very well. There are a few things to note on the not great side. The shower gets warm, never hot. It was mostly a nonissue for me, but there were a couple days during my trip I really wanted a hot shower! Another thing to note, N.A. this is both good and bad, is that there are no windows so I slept great, but sometimes found it difficult to wake up without any natural light coming into the unit. And lastly, during my stay there were lots to gnats that I couldn’t get rid of and many days there were large roaches that would run out from under the fridge. To end on a great note, the owner and their staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Check in was smooth and they were incredibly responsive!

Lugar con buena ubicación para llegar a la feria caminando, cuenta con estacionamiento, la habitación muy cómoda y cuenta con tina para poder relajarse después de un día de diversión.
