We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

I really enjoyed my stay! As others have said, there's a final push up the hill that even the taxi couldn't weather, but the payoff is privacy and being enveloped by nature. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating when we encountered a minor issue with the unit, so that was much appreciated. The interior is well appointed and had everything that we needed. Be aware of some noise from nearby construction and the neighborhood dogs, but this is to be expected from an urban residential setting in PV. I enjoyed being set back from the nightlife, but still having easy access to the beach and all of the features of the Zona. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for our group of six. Travis helped us coordinate transportation to the home from a different Airbnb in PV and then to the airport. The driver was awesome. David met us at the home and gave a quick tour and was very helpful. We did end up renting a golf cart after walking the first day. We would definitely stay again!!

We just spent my 50th Bday week in this house, with 5 women total and we LOVED it! Removed just enough from town but still walkable, views for miles, clean, comfortable big beds, and a lovely pool and hot tub that work! Already planning a return. So many extras, and immediate response and help when needed. The sofas in each downstairs room are thick twin mattresses, which accommodated one woman well for the week. (And we are all tall!) and the futon in the upstairs bathroom as perfect as well. The outdoor showers are gorgeous. we made an effort to conserve water, but were never short on hot water. The coffee is single keurig pods, which we finished in 2 days, so we bought ground coffee and large filters and used a pot with a colander to make a drip ‘coffee pot’ daily. We stopped on the way there at a large grocery for wine, mixers, large food items and snacks, but the tiendas in town have groceries if needed. Restaurants were wonderful. Renting 6person electric golf cart was perfect.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Le séjour a été absolument merveilleux. L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La grande terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer et de couchers de soleil. L'hôte a été exceptionnel à tous égards, très serviable à tout moment. Tout était en parfait ordre et propre avant mon arrivée. Un plus est la disponibilité d'un restaurant et d'un bar dans la copropriété. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a dépassé mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. La estancia fue absolutamente maravillosa. El departamento es precioso, espacioso, cómodo y bien equipado. Especialmente la terraza amplia que permite disfrutar de la brisa del mar y los atardeceres. El anfitrión fue excepcional en todos los sentidos, muy servicial en todo momento. Todo estaba en perfecto orden y limpio antes de mi llegada. Un plus es la disponibilidad de restaurant y bar en el condominio. En general, esta estancia superó mis expectativas Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We very much appreciated our stay at Roeland’s condo. The space was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and a convenient location near enough to all the action but not so close that noise is a problem. (Note that it does face a school, so there may be some noise in the morning - easily rectified with a white noise app on your phone). The rooftop pool is worth the price alone! And the ocean view from the balcony is a special treat. Would be happy to stay there again.

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

My family has been visting Velas Vallarta for over 20 years and used to have a time share here. We were excited to find this charming 2 bedroom available. The resort is welcoming and gorgeous with lush tropical gardens, two great restaurants, and gorgeous beachfront pools and water features. The condo is Two bedrooms/Two baths (primary ensuite and second bedroom has two twin beds with bathroom in the hallway) with kitchen and living room with large balcony.

We chose this property because we like being south of PV near Mismaloya. Todd was kind enough to show us his property while on a prior vacation. It's by far more beautiful than the photographs in the listing. I would say this is the nicest property that I have ever stayed at. There much be a staff of about 30 personnel that work to keep the grounds, and rooms all looking like like they just came out of an Architectural Digest Magazine. The salt water pools and hot tubs were fantastic. The on site restaurant was consistently amazing. Alejandro & the rest of the restaurant staff really take care of you. He arranged for a boat to pick us up and take us to Las Animus Beach for lunch. The gym was very good. The whole property was so quiet and peaceful. I kayaked one day to Los Arcos & snorkeled. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves at night. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could even watch the whales. You can catch the bus in front of the property.

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.
