Our month long stay at Elvira’s unit was great. So much so that we extended our stay for a little while longer. Elvira communicated with us very clearly, and was able to address all of the questions that we had. The unit was very clean upon our arrival, and the building amenities (gym and pool) were great. The reception staff were all wonderful as well. The internet connection was strong and allowed us to work with no problems at all. Elvira’s place is in a great location, and we were able to take full advantage of all the restaurants and activities in the area. We would most definitely return in the future.

The apartment is great for 4 guests. 2 bed, two bath just as described. Clean and cozy with great views. The space offers parking for one vehicle in the third underground basement. A/C is fully functioning which we found was needed during the day in late April but nights were cool. Central to all of your needs in GDL. Pool and slide are a pleasant treat, too. If you’ve traveled in MX previously you would understand that there are sometimes shortages in running water - which can be a hassle. However, Tannia was very communicative and transparent with the building having maintenance done. She was also very flexible with a later check out time. I recommend her apt as it is very clean, central, secure, and well maintained.

Península tiene puestas de sol increíbles y extensas albercas. Una ubicación excelente. Los anfitriones te reciben con instrucciones muy apropiadas. El departamento amplio, ordenado, limpio, completo que te permite relajarte y descansar. Excedió mis expectativas.

El departamento es hermoso, una vista inigualable, ubicado en la Marina, acceso a muchos restaurantes, ambiente familiar. Súper cómodo!

Increíble departamento en ubicación privilegiada, cerca de todo. Lo usamos cada que vengo a Guadalajara. Limpio, moderno y los hosts son super atentos.

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

Home away from home!! Loved our stay at Betzy and Camila’s!! It’s exactly as described and pictured. Host is extremely accommodating. Close to many local restaurants, grocery stores, etc Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect and so close to everything. Never felt unsafe. Rooftop pool area was great! Pool towels were in condo so no need to bring. Taco stand across the street was delicious and the giant margaritas at Margarita PV kiddie corner from condo were yummy too. Highly recommend renting!

Amazing property and Dennis was a great host. Very communicative and the property was at a really good location. It was clean, the beach was never too crowded and you’re not far from town. Definitely check out this property if you’re in Vallarta.

First time staying at Grand Venetian and we had a lovely vacation. The views from the balcony were beautiful as were the sunsets every night. The area was very convenient with grocery stores nearby. Security allowed us to feel extremely safe. Restaurant on site made delicious drinks and there were many waiters so you didn’t have to wait long. Leon was helpful and accommodating even allowing us a later check out. I did feel that the condo needed a deeper clean however. Half way through the vacation, I took the vacuum out to clean the floors but it didn’t work. Also we were only given one bath towel each, which I felt was not adequate for a weeks stay. I would definitely return to the Grand Venetian.

Wow!!! We just spent a week at the Orchid and it was amazing! Cinda's condo is beautiful - spotless, modern, and incredible views. The living room continues seamlessly into the outdoor patio, and we left the glass doors open almost continuously. The building is fabulous - everything you could need is right there. Rooftop patio and infinity pool is a great place to spend the day. The rooftop restaurant surprised me - the food was good, fresh and healthy, and reasonably priced. The staff is incredible - Hanz the concierge was available to help with anything we needed. And - the location could not be beat. This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and I can't stress how lovely this location was - on the beach, quiet and away from it all, yet only a 15-20 minute stroll to the Romantic Zone and more. We walked along the beach to dinner every night. No doubt we will be back - this is definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed! Thank you to Cinda and Hanz!

El lugar es inmejorable. Alberca climatizada, el departamento bonito y cómodo. Todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. Yessica muy atenta y respondía de inmediato a cualquier duda.

El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy cómodo y con todas las amenidades, una balcón con vista al pacífico hermosa, la alberca en el rooftop está genial, con una vista increíble, regresaremos pronto!

The house is beautiful and full of unique artwork. The whole house is very private. Our family loved the pool and the rooftop deck; the views are gorgeous. Cassandra is a responsive and helpful host.

Mi estadía fue corta pero la disfruté es una casa muy amplia y tranquila justo como en las fotos y es lo que buscaba tiene todo en orden y buen estado la ubicación también es muy buena céntrica. El anfitrión siempre atento y muy amable gracias!

We absolutely loved the villa! 8 of us were here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was the most perfect space. From the bedrooms to the pool to the palapa, we utilized it all! The chef meals were delicious as well. We even left an item at the airbnb and Sandra graciously delivered it to our next location which was above and beyond! Thank you for everything.

Muy agradable lugar y el anfitrión fue bastante flexible en cuanto a la hora de llegada y salida. El único inconveniente fue con el vapor que no estaba funcionando. La alberca y jacuzzi a temperaturas súper calientitas.

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.
