We would say all Hoast to Coast properties are top notch, because we’ve stayed in so many of them over the years. This trip we did encounter a couple issues but the top notch reputation applied and Hoast to Coast made sure our stay matched all the others to ensure our happiness continued. It’s one thing to be able to love the rental you find your self in after choosing from photos and descriptions on line. It a whole other to love it because of the support team that keeps it and maintains it for you to enjoy. We will continue to rent from Hoast to Coat for many years to come and highly Mrexomend !

What a great condo! Exactly what we were looking for in Sea Pines. Came for our anniversary and to escape the cold NC mountain winter. Who knew HH would get over 4” of snow while we were visiting! Made for a memorable trip for sure! Kim was so kind and understanding and reached out to us to offer us another night or so to be able to travel safely out of the area. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk right out across the street to the beach and walk the beautiful paths to salty dog. We’d definitely stay here again (didn’t mind the walk up steps to the 3rd floor at all - happy to get some exercise - but that would be a consideration if you had knee/mobility issues.) All in all, this was a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and well stocked and we are grateful for our lovely stay.

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and immaculate! Linda and Jay were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the stay. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend Lookout Lagoon!

We had a great time! This rental was beautiful and cozy. We spent most of our time in the rental and on the beach or bike riding. We made our trip in January so the breezes on the beach were a little chilly, but it was so warm in the sunshine! 10/10, would recommend this stay to anyone!

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Lane! Jessica is a fabulous host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The property is beautiful - extremely clean and the location was perfect! I loved that we were able to bring our fur babies. Thank you Jessica! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Excellent home and superb hosts. We really enjoyed this quick get-away to HHI and DejaBlue was such a treat to stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, easy walk to the beach straight down the main road to the ocean, and the home is very well appointed. Thanks!

What a great getaway space! This little home was a perfect landing spot for our family. Beach access, clean pool, easy parking, elevator building—it hit the spot. Not just a clean condo, but with extra towels, pool supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, it made our stay simple. We didn't have to think about a thing! Connie was SUPER responsive and helpful. We will definitely head back next year!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! Good size for two people and super close to beach and shops. Would come back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The proximity to the beach alone made the stay worth it. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. We saw dolphins from the beach every single day. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Heather and Mark put a lot of effort into remodeling and decorating their unit and the first floor location was very convenient. They were very responsive hosts and we can’t say enough nice things about this stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our third stay and the home was just as good as our previous stays- hope to return again soon

Really enjoyed our stay at 104… there was just a small view of the ocean in the distance but only had to walk a few yards to be on the beach…. The view off our deck was beautiful with lists of greens…. The pool was nice and refreshing! Parking was so close only took minutes to unload. The beds were SO comfortable!!!! All the new renovations were so nice. The small bar and grill at the Hilton next door that we could use just steps away was an added plus! The dehumidifier in the condo was very useful in keeping the humidity just right. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!!

The place was amazing!! Phenomenal location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Steps from the beach and pools. The close proximity made it really easy to navigate both with kids. Will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

We loved our stay at Sea side villas! It was the perfect spot for a trip with my Mom. Luke’s condo checked a lot of our boxes - 2 bedrooms, complex with an elevator, outdoor space & steps to the beach! You will love the location - it’s so central! Very close to the ocean, great shops and dining within walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else on the island. Spent most of my mornings planted on that sun deck and the afternoons by the pool! The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay - even laundry! Do a grocery run on your way into town and you won’t ever leave. Can’t wait to come back.

It’s a great spot! It was easy getting in and out of the property. Everything was clean, everything looked like the pictures. The location of the property is probably the best characteristic. Easy and quick access to the beach, local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend

Beautiful home and very peaceful location. Very short walk to the beach on the bay side. Loved the quietness of the beach and its easy access from condo. Beautiful view of the water from our balconies. Nice pool in this complex of condo’s. Walked across the street to eat, shop and rent bikes. Harbor town and Coligny is a short drive from condo. Daily views of deer, 2 babies and its momma and 2 bucks. One buck was a 10 pt. They were all very friendly and clearly used to people. The momma dear ate bananas out of my three year old grandsons hand so sweetly. Truly a remarkable experience to be able to witness the wildlife so intimately. The home fit the 10 of us very comfortably. It was perfect! Great experience building beautiful memories! we will be back!

Cory’s place was great. We spent the Christmas Holidays there and enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The place was very clean. My wife noted that even the baseboards were clean! The condo was within a five minute walk to the beach in a very peaceful neighborhood. It’s best to arrive during daylight because the neighborhood is not well lit making the house a little hard to find at night. It is still very safe and secure. The house was super comfy and we all enjoyed the amenities. Corey was great helping us get checked in and even accommodated a late check out. Definitely a great value, great host, and great stay.

Great ocean view, clean comfortable bed. Elevator! Nice pool area. Keurig coffee maker. Grocery store right across street. 1 MINOR complaint- no ice machine onsite. Perfect stay for us, thank you!

We had an amazing time at Lin’s place. The pictures don’t do the place justice. There was a sitting area downstairs that isn’t pictured but is a great space to have for the downstairs bedrooms. Lin left us some goodies which were much appreciated! It is also fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, board games, puzzles, etc. There are so many places within walking distance too! We would absolutely love to come back. Thank you Lin!
