We loved staying here! The views were incredible and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

What a great getaway space! This little home was a perfect landing spot for our family. Beach access, clean pool, easy parking, elevator building—it hit the spot. Not just a clean condo, but with extra towels, pool supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, it made our stay simple. We didn't have to think about a thing! Connie was SUPER responsive and helpful. We will definitely head back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful spring break with our kids here. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for our family of four. It’s a great, central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect place with all the amenities you need! Close to coligny - grocery and restaurants. So nice to not have to drive everywhere! Everything has been updated and feels like home. Would stay here again. Had zero issues!

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Lane! Jessica is a fabulous host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The property is beautiful - extremely clean and the location was perfect! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is amazing! We were in town for our son's Marine Corps graduation from MCRD Parris Island. This home was convenient for traveling to the base each day. The home being pet friendly was very much appreciated and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs in the evenings. We enjoyed time with our family around the large kitchen island. The master bathroom and closet were absolutely luxurious! The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs as well. I would definitely recommend this home if you are traveling to the Beaufort area!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We had a great week here exploring both Tybee and Savannah. The location can’t be beat, really short drives to either place. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfy. The house has been updated throughout with the exception of the master bath which wasn’t a huge deal. Kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook. Beautiful pond outside. Grocery store within 5 minutes. One negative: 4 Beach chairs were available, but they weren’t modern beach chairs that recline. More like lawn chairs. Wish we brought our own. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

The cottage was as peaceful and relaxing as advertised, both inside and out. We enjoyed coffee each morning overlooking the marsh and listening to an amazing variety of wild birds. The house also had all the amenities we needed; it was the perfect place to come home to in the evenings after visiting the surrounding areas. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

Great spot! Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Was in an amazing location, 5-10 walk to our favorite neighborhood spots, shops, and eateries.

This was the perfect place for our small family of 4. The location was perfect with quick access to the beach and across the street from coligny plaza. The pool was a bonus and the complex was well taken care of as was our condo. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sea side villas! It was the perfect spot for a trip with my Mom. Luke’s condo checked a lot of our boxes - 2 bedrooms, complex with an elevator, outdoor space & steps to the beach! You will love the location - it’s so central! Very close to the ocean, great shops and dining within walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else on the island. Spent most of my mornings planted on that sun deck and the afternoons by the pool! The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay - even laundry! Do a grocery run on your way into town and you won’t ever leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect size for a couple and baby, we rented a mini crib and were able to keep it in the hallway outside the bedroom, but it also fit at the base of the bed in the bedroom. Easy access to the pool, beach and to the Coligy shopping area using the bike paths.

Andrew was a great host. His condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and convenient to everything. I am just going to note for future guests that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that really doesn't provide much privacy. My husband and I, however, would stay here again.

This place was clean and had a nice ocean view. The location is perfect, were able to walk to all for the downtown amenities and beach very easily too.

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.
