Our recently built lake house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath, including 2 master suites! This house sleeps 22 guests, has sandy beach and water access, including Starlink high speed internet! Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or the view from inside. This >3000 sf house is located in close proximity to the Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Club, as well as restaurants, gas stations, boat ramps, and grocery/convenient stores. Our location is fantastic and we have so much to offer our guests!

Welcome to our families' lake house! Our 3 bed/2 bath house is waterfront on Lake Sam Rayburn. Built in 1983, the house sits in a quiet neighborhood in tiger creek cove (notorious for fishing). Access the lake and beach area straight from the front yard. Spend your time soaking up some rays on the beach, enjoying the view from the front patio while sipping your morning coffee, or take a stroll around the neighborhood in your golf cart! Located approx. 3 miles from Rayburn Country Resort!

The Ponderosa

The Ponderosa is relaxing and peaceful for anyone. If you need more space, we have outdoor areas for RVs or tents. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.
