Great location. Close to lots of things to do.

we had an amazing stay here everything was just as described and pictured. our kids had a blast playing with the toys available in the basement. My husband got a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi. it was close to many local resteraunts as well as pretty much anything you might want to do. I think my husband wanted to buy the house instead of going back home😂 host was helpful and responsive we would definitely stay again

This house was bright and comfortable. It was stocked full of all the things you need and had a great backyard for hanging out and for the dog. The walkout basement was a comfy place to hangout on the sectional sofa and watch the big TV. Dylan was great and very responsive. He was flexible on my check in time, which made things much easier for me. I would stay here again!

Great location withing walking distance of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I will absolutely be saving this spot to stay again! I live in the Denver area and booked the home for my Bachelorette. The place was incredibly cute, spacious, and ideal for entertainment. Instructions were very clear and made the stay super straightforward. The place was pretty well stocked, but the cleanliness was our only hesitation, as there was a half-eaten Toblerone next to the base of the standing mirror in one bedroom. Some linens also appeared dirty but may have just been stained. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the stay and would love to come back.

Wow, home away from home! 😍 If you’re eyeing this place, just book it! It was absolutely pristine, yet so cozy! The enormous TV makes for a great movie night and the complimentary wine and snacks were a perfect touch. Clean sheets & plenty of clean towels! The hot tub in the backyard was just the cherry on top!! Talk about R&R! Worth every penny! Biggest thanks to the host Chris and co-host Isabel! They were responsive and helpful all throughout! .. just book it, seriously :)

Stayed for 3 nights and was a perfect size home for 7 of us. The kids loved the playground in the backyard and although the nearby area can get weird fast, we never didn’t feel safe or at home. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at Scott and Kate's place. We feel right at home. Great location near grocery store, coffee and great breakfast place. It's walkable to Mines and downtown Golden. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was included. Fresh flowers a nice touch. We love staying at AirBnb's on a host's property and Scott and Kate are perfect hosts. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at April’s Airbnb! The space was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals, and we loved enjoying the stunning views from the windows. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to Old Town Arvada, where we explored great shops, restaurants, and breweries. April was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

What an amazing stay! The hot tub was really nice and the pups from upstairs are very adorable and said hello from time to time! The location was perfect (not too far away from all of the surrounding cities). We met Carolyn passing by and she was really nice! Russel is very responsive as well. Overall 10/10 and would 1000% go back!

Our stay was fantastic! We came for a show at Red Rocks and this Airbnb was nice and close. We opted to drive to the venue - it was about a 7 minute drive, and easy to get in and out of before and after the concert. As for Gwen’s place, the beds were comfortable and the space was clean and private. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Morrison!

Ken and Colleen's apartment is exactly as advertised. The apartment is very comfortable and private and Ken and Colleen are very responsive and friendly. They live upstairs, but I rarely saw or heard them. My adult daughter, my wife and I felt very much at home. They have everything available that is needed to make a stay comfortable. It snowed one evening during our stay and someone shoveled and salted the steps to the apartment almost the instant the snow stopped, which is better than at home. :-) I recommend Ken and Colleen's accomodation without reservation.

Scott and Sara are great hosts and it's a very special place! We also loved their dog and kitten, they are very sweet critters

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Loved the hot tub!

Great spot to get away from the city for the weekend. Most everything that we needed was there for us! Ilana’s space was warm and cozy and incredibly welcoming to our doggos. Perfect space for a group of folks with enough room to spread out as needed.

Just an absolute gem of a place. You know the rental is great when everyone in your group says they wish they had more time there. We are already talking about when we can come back to stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at the cabin. It had a comfortable inviting feeling. It was even nicer than in the pictures. William was a great host. Having the fireplace was so nice since it snowed while we were up there. I would 100% stay there again.

My son and I went up for a father/son weekend. We both loved the place. It was quiet and peaceful. The place had a lot of character and charm. It was great sitting around the fire at night. The hot tub was nice and clean and perfect for relaxing in on a cold night while looking at the stars. My son can’t wait to go back, and I would definitely consider it. I really cherish these moments I get to spend with my son, and this place allowed us to create lasting memories.

This place was perfect for our stay. James was very responsive and helpful as we had questions about the road. He had the place warm for us and we had a great time!
