I have to say I had high hopes for our stay with everything in the photos, and even so my expectations were blown out of the water. It's no exaggeration to say this is my favorite airbnb I've stayed at, and the whole experience was so smooth thanks to Kaeley. The house itself is really cozy and modern, and the pool, speakeasy and the YMCA (as we called it) kept us entertained all weekend. I really couldn't recommend this stay any higher. Hoping to be back one day.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

This was by far the best AirBnB my family has ever stayed in! From check-in to check-out Nicole was such a perfect host. The amenities at the peppermint cottage were absolutely perfect and all of the children’s items were SO helpful! We had the best week and will absolutely try to stay here again when in the area!

I had a fantastic stay at circo loco! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. walking distance to everything you need and more ! The check-in process was seamless, and amie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They even left a welcome treat! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting or even just needing a weekend of fun!

Freddie is AMAZING!! He was very responsive and extremely flexible with my scheduled arrival. The house is so nice!! Outside space is very peaceful and beautiful. I will rent Freddie’s place again!!

We had a great stay here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Location was also perfect, right near the highway so we could get to the Expo center easily. Brandon is a great host. We would stay here again!

This house we great for large groups. We originally had 11 people coming but ended up with only 8. The house was older with a ton of character. It looks like it is a very up and coming neighborhood that has had a lot of work done to it. We came in for a work trip at the expo center and this house was only a 5 minute drive to it each day. Hot tub was awesome and back yard was nice. Will look at renting this house again for next years convention.

This is a rock solid home base for large groups. It's a real, eclectic home -- no dumb cursive neon signs or fake green walls, but instead plenty of plates, glassware, board games, and entertainment. I think the best part about it was the space. Six bedrooms and a dozen beds easily fit in this house, and with the front porch, back deck, hot tub, and yard, there was plenty of space to spread out outside, too. The neighborhood was low-key and convenient. Most of us flew in from coastal cities and were pleased with the walkability of the area, but there was plenty of parking space for those who drove, too. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more. Easy 5 stars.

This was our second stay at Guest House on Story, and was definitely as good, if not better than the first. Kim is an excellent and responsive host who strives to make sure your stay is exactly what you need. We had a large group of adults visiting Louisville to celebrate a birthday weekend, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The area has fun walkable bars, breweries, and cocktail lounges, along with restaurants! Highly recommend Tartan House and Biscuit Belly. Guests should be aware as others have mentioned that given the location in Butchertown, there is occasionally a notable smell outside. It very much depends on the direction of the wind and day/time of the week. Do know though that you cannot smell this inside the house! We caught a whiff outside here and there, but definitely not the entire time. Highly recommend Guest House on Story, and I'm sure we will stay again when in Louisville with a large group.

The property was exactly as listed and perfect for what we needed. We felt safe with the external cameras and other safety features. The bed was super comfortable and the space was very clean and well organized. The binder provided was clear and the included "In case of Emergency" plan was an appreciated add in, that we were glad wasn't needed but comforting to have. Added bonus for the garage space provided. Couldn't ask for better. Would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our family gets together over the Easter weekend each year and our primary entertainment is bike riding and hiking. There is a large park that is super close to this home that has both a wonderful paved bike trail and multiple hiking trails so this worked out perfectly for us. It was also easy to reach downtown Louisville for additional biking and walking trails. Communication with Ross was great!

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was beautiful and exactly what was described. We messed up and locked ourselves out and they took care of that very quickly for us. Very nice area in downtown. When we go back again we will see if it is available and book there again. Thank you!

We stayed here while visiting family in Louisville. We have 2 toddlers. The space was great and relatively childproof, which I always appreciate when traveling. The neighborhood is very safe and great for walking or bike rides. Tiffany was a very responsive host. Overall, it was a good find!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable and the area felt safe. All the updates made the house perfect! We love the new walk-in shower and all the new appliances in the kitchen! The 2 car garage in the back was nice since we had 3 vehicles. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great location!

Great place for large groups. The 2 house setup allowed for loud kids in 1 space, and sleeping babies in a separate space, which was perfect for our group. Linens are soft, and beds are comfortable. The game rooms and accessories are a great bonus to have.

The place was really clean and exactly as described. Lot of thought was put in the interior and setting up of the place. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. If we are back in Louisville, we will definitely would love to stay here again.

I have loved both of my stays at Luke’s house. High quality linens, appliances, and bedding. Felt like I was home as soon as I entered. My sister was with me most of then first visit and the set up was perfect for us. She loved the cool downstairs and I took the upstairs. Great set up. Convenient entry at lower level Once unlocked from inside. Made unloading and loading the car much easier. The place was spotless!!! Would stay here again for sure.

Leyah was so friendly and responsive. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. The house was perfect for the needs of our family of 5. It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family!
