The home is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, and entertainment venues including the Germantown Gables, Logan Street Market and Old Forester’s Paristown Hall. The home features a covered deck, a fenced-in yard as well as home gym.

Private, well-lit, entrance is in rear of home. The space is approx. 600sq. ft. There is a gas fireplace, 42" HD TV w/Netflix & Amazon Prime. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.

For the ones who serve

We decorated and dedicated this place in honor of my father who served in WW2 as a Marine. He passed March of 2020. We have all type of military things along with other unique pieces. We plan on always coming up with more things to change it around. This is a part of a duplex which sits on the property with our wedding venue.
