Hideaway on the bay

Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

Relax with panoramic views of the Black River from the large raised deck or venture closer to the water with safe river access. The yard slopes down to a seating area and sea wall for shore fishing and ramp access for kayaks and canoes along this calm four mile section from Black River to Watertown which follows the Black River Trail. Location is super convenient on a quiet street off Route 3, five minutes from Watertown and five minutes from Fort Drum. The Black River Drive-In is down street

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

You will enjoy relaxing days, the most breathtaking sunsets and cozy, starlit nights in front of the bonfire. The Tiki Hut is it's own retreat where you can read, play games or just stare at the water from a comfy chair. You will want to return here to make memories year after year!

Thousand Island Clayton Home Pet Friendly & Quiet

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Newly renovated waterfront cottage on Chaumont Bay with breathtaking sunset views of Lake Ontario. Eventide View sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Swim, fish, kayak, relax waterside, or snuggle up inside with a book and a blanket next to the fireplace. The large backyard offers plenty of room to play. Guests will also have access to the 1 stall garage. Our waterfront rocky beach has great swimming for kids of all ages.

WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access.
