Cabin-like feel but w/ hurricane impact windows & doors, new floors, shower, vanity, kitchen countertop, & tiki hut. Two large hammocks & firepit. All the amenities of home but feels like paradise.

The best beach in Martin county is only 1.8 miles from the property. The property has dock access for fishing and watching awesome sunrises over the Indian River. There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage.
