Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Jeongwang-dong

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view towards the city river. Bed was very comfortable and room is spacious, all amenities smartly integrated. Jini was very helpful throughout to direct us on how to get, even though we had a late night check in. We will definitely come here again next time we visit Seoul! :)

搭地鐵方便，民宿出來就有很多便利商店，跟購物街，出來也有很多小吃店，也不怕肚子餓找不到吃的👍🥰

정말 내 집처럼 편안해요 침대가 너무 푹신해서 정말 꿀잠 잤습니다! 숙소 바로 앞에 역과 더불어 없는게 없습니다! 정말이지 내 집이였으면 좋겠다 싶더라구요ㅠㅠ 웰컴티 부터 숙소 내에도 없는게 없습니다 수건도 넉넉하고 욕실 용품도 어머 이런것까지? 싶을 정도로 게스트를 위하시는 마음이 느껴졌어요 송도 애정하는 도시인데 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다! 덕분에 너무 푹 쉬고 갑니다 감사해요❤️❤️

The location itself is very strategic, near to subway station and bus station. Most importantly there is a lot convenient store and restaurant nearby, it took us some time to go into the building but thanks for the check in guide form host, we checked it very smoothly. The water pressure is slightly low, but not affect we still get hot water every time we shower.

Place was very clean and beautiful, perfectly located in the local neighborhood. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around that are great! We felt like at home. Host was super good at responding and made it quite easy to check in and out.

4月底住Spring房,2大2小 家人覺得房間很舒適乾淨、空間夠大，有一張桌子可一起吃東西聊天感覺不錯，有電視節目可看及提供wifi，地點佳走路約2分就可到弘大熱鬧商圈景點，走路約5~6分可到2號線地鐵站9號出口，若要到機場也可往機場線地鐵7號出口走，約9分較快又有無障礙走道與手扶電梯拖行李較方便，房東回應蠻快速，問問題都會為你解答，整體性價比不錯，值得再訪。

nice and neat, cozy to stay in. The bed is so comfy. Sujan always respond quickly, it’s good choice to live in an apartment near subway.

Great place to stay for 5-6 person. Nice & very clean house. The host very kind and friendly. Great location.. 15min by taxi to myeondong & Seoul Tower. Thanks to the host..surely will stay here in my next visit to Seoul

숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 침대가 많아서 많은 인원이 함께 이용하기에 좋습니다. 각 방마다 에어컨이 설치되어 있어 여름철에도 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 또한, 숙소가 넓어서 편안하게 머물 수 있었고, 식기류도 충분히 갖추고 있어 요리를 할 때도 불편함이 없었습니다.

I had my birthday party at Point with my friends. My friends and I definitely love this place as soon as my friends walked in their reactions was speechless so I was really happy that I chose the right place for my important day. Will definitely come here again

Heanu è stato un host molto disponibile e gentile, sempre attento a farci sentire a nostro agio e disponibile in tutto. Il giorno del check out, non avendo altri ospiti, ci ha permesso di rimanere nell’appartamento secondo le nostre esigenze. Check in e check out molto comodi ed intuitivi. L’alloggio è ben collegato con i molti bus della città e con una stazione della metro a pochi minuti a piedi dall’alloggio. Cucina ben attrezzata e ottimo arredamento in generale. Consiglio l’alloggio!

Just wow! Great location with some excellent restaurants and coffee bars all within an easy walk. Very unusual property, like almost out of a kdrama was just brilliant - lying in bed looking out at the Seoul landscape will definitely be a memory never to forget.

킨텍스 1전시장 엎어지면 코 닿을 거리 입니다.. 침대도 여러개여서 3-4명이 지내기 너무 좋아요 편의점도 바로 옆이고, 내 집 같은 편암함에 너무너무 잘 지내다 갑니다!!!

2박3일동안 편안하게 아이들과 즐거운 시간 보낼수 있었습니다

great location, outdoor markets is 3 min walk right from the front door, which stretches to 3 long blocks. It has various food stalls, fresh seafood, local fruits and vegetables, fried chicken, fried stuff peppers. fresh noodles soup, convenient store and cafes. We stayed there for 3 weeks, felt right at home. Walked daily to Hongdae, about 25min. The Riverbend walk at night is a plus, 15 min away. The unit is close to Mapo-gu Office station, which is 7 min walk. Very safe neighborhood. All metros and stations are super clean I have ever witnessed. The fare is around $1 - $1.50 max per ride, much better than Uber, less traffic. The hostess are super friendly, they offered free luggages service up and down the stairs 👍.Welcome souvernier. The place is clean, fresh, comfy beds. A perfect, peaceful home to come back after long day out. Myeongdong, Itaewon and Dongdamun are too packed with tourists. There are endless choices of restaurants close to the unit. Definitely will come back.

great location to hang out in Itaewon! the place was spacious and easy to navigate. if you're using the pull-out couch as a bed I'd reccomend bringing an extra linen sheet or two. we had a great stay and would stay again.

숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 좀만 걸어가면 카페랑 식당 많고 편의점도 종류 별로 있어요. 하나 단점이 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 조금 추울 수 있어요! 그래도 난방 잘 돼서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요~ 잘 놀고 갑니다!

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Donna Kim’s place. The European-style apartment is brand new and beautifully upgraded—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I genuinely regretted booking it for only a few days—I easily could have stayed a month or more. The view overlooking the park was peaceful, and the location is perfect—close to great eateries, cafes, and easy access to public transportation. The space was spotless with not a speck of dust, plenty of hangers, lots of room, and high-quality amenities throughout. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, surprising me with gestures during my stay that went above and beyond. Even the smallest things left a lasting impression—kindness I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in across South Korea, this has been by far the best, and I've stayed in a lot of locations.

It was very accomfortable accommodation! The room is very cleaned and we'll equipped it looks like new, It was really a home stay, there is also books inside room and my Son loves reading it, it's perfect for family stay..The host is very responsive..Thank you!

A great place to stay in Songdo! The space was clean and very modern. All the amenities were there and they worked amazingly. Close to the metro and easy to move around! Highly recommend!
