The bathroom features a custom shower and separate sink area for added convenience. A sun porch provides extra seating and sleeping space, leading to a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for enjoying lake views.

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Cottage with Canandaigua Lake Access

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. Finger Lakes with a lake view, walk to Wineries!

Keuka Lake view cottage located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the East side of the lake. This is a year round guest house that was rebuilt in 2019-2020. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Our special place sits upon 5 quiet acres on the majestic Seneca Lake. With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

You must see the finest Keuka style home, and experience the life...Sleeps 4 in two separate bedrooms (one king bed - one queen) - and a full size bed for 2 additional people in the ladder accessible loft area.
