Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Keuka lake is one of the beautiful finger lakes. A crystal clear, cold water glacier lake. 21 miles long, and in some places 185 feet deep. Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!

At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
