To były bardzo wspaniałe wakacje, przepiękne miejsce oraz wspaniale urządzony apartament sprawił że poczuliśmy się jak w własnym domu, Ivona to gospodarz o wielkim sercu 🥰 zadbała o nas jak o Własną rodzinę, niczego nam nie brakowało. Bardzo serdecznie polecam 🤩🤩🤩

Byl jsem ubytován se svým synem na 4 noci. Vše bylo v pořádku. Byli jsme spokojeni s čistotou a vybyvením bytu. V kuchyni snad nechybělo nic co by člověk očekával. Jde vidět, že hostitelka přemýšlela při vybyvení kuchyně a dalších prostor, jako by sama byla host. Za to velká pochvala, protože v jiných ubytováních máme opačnou zkušenost. Komunikovali jsme s otcem paní hostitelky, panem Zoranem, který byl velmi ochotný. Za to moc děkujeme. Naprosto nadstandartně nám bylo umožněno si zapojit do sítě a nabít náš elektromobil, nabízel jsem za tuto službu peníze, ale hostitel odmítl. Takže jsem vděčný za ochotu a přístup. Ubytování je velmi blízko od centra, kde jsme chodili na večeře a přitom není rušeno hlukem. Doporučuji využít tohle ubytování k vašemu pobytu. George

We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. Alles is aanwezig en de keuken is erg uitgebreid. Alles was schoon en zag er mooi uit. Het mooiste uitzicht met ondergaande zon vanaf het balkon! We zouden graag nog eens terug komen.

We had an amazing stay with Iva and her family. They were so friendly and helpful! The room looked very new and was clean and well equipped. The old city centre and beach are both just a 10min walk away and if you have a car, Pirovac is a great base for seeing all the cool things Croatia has to offer! Thanks again Iva for your hospitality and kindness!

The place was perfect for us. We spent two wonderful weeks at Marija’s property. The “peninsula” offers plenty of opportunities for those who prefer not to travel too far, yet still want to experience different beaches. We explored both sides of the peninsula's bays by kayaking and swimming. The area is incredibly peaceful, and Marija and Milan's home, with its enchanting garden, is conveniently located near everything in the small village. Larger shops, offering more variety and lower prices, are just a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and kindness.

I visited the Rogoznica for the first time and was extremely pleased. My stay at 4 Seasons Rogoznica was great. The accommodation is ideally located and has a wonderful view of the coast from the window. It was nice that the owners provided sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach for general use. Ismeta was also very welcoming and gave good recommendations on what to visit in the town. If I return to Rogoznica, I will definitely stay only at 4 Seasons.

Apartmán bol na dobrom mieste, útulný, vybavenie kuchyne super. Vírivka bola najlepšia s výhľadom na more, na zapadajúce slnko a večer na pozorovanie hviezd.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Schon von Anfang an war Josip sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir an der Hauptstraße abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass in der Beschreibung 2 Bäder angeboten wurden, aber nur ein Bad und ein sehr kleines WC vorhanden waren. Bei 4 Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen nicht ganz einfach, aber da eine Außendusche vorhanden war, konnten wir dann auch damit gut zurechtkommen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft schön. Und wenn man im Garten die Treppe runtergeht, ist man direkt am Meer, an einem wunderbaren Platz mit Sonne und Schatten und dem klarsten Wasser, das wir je gesehen haben. Wir haben jede Minute dort genossen und sind gar nicht wie sonst zu anderen Orten zum Baden gefahren. Josip war immer erreichbar, super nett und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal für das leckere Grillen und die Schnapsprobe und den tollen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, man sitzt mitten im Olivenhain und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Wer Ruhe genießen möchte und dazu noch einen perfekten Sternenhimmel haben möchte, ist hier komplett richtig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ein großes Highlight ist der Grill und der Hauseigene Gemüsegarten an dem man sich bedienen kann. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir werden jede Möglichkeit nutzen um nochmal wiederzukommen.

Es war einfach toll! Gloria und ihre Familie sind so herzlich und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Bei allen Fragen standen sie stets zur Seite und haben uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Der Garten ist riesig und unser kleine Sohn konnte dort problemlos mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen spielen. Ihn war nie langweilig. Des Weiteren ist die Lage der Unterkunft einfach perfekt. Man kann viel in Sukošan direkt unternehmen, aber auch Zadar oder Biograd sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles in allem perfekt ! Wir kommen wieder 🤩

Świetna lokalizacja , bliskość morza, siedząc na tarasie w cieniu Oleandra, słyszeliśmy plusk wody. Domek uroczy, przytulny , dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny , załatwił nam parking -opłata 60 euro za 2 tygodnie. Miejscowość cicha , różne restauracje zachęcają do odwiedzin. Sklepy blisko domu. Byliśmy w 4 osoby i te 2 tygodnie minęły nam w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy. Nawet bijące rano dzwony z pobliskiego kościoła przestały nam przeszkadzać. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

One of the best stays I've had in 10+ years on Airbnb. The house was sparkling clean, perfectly appointed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful outdoor spaces, and the hot tub. The house is also very convenient both to the beach area (where we enjoyed strolling in the evening), and also lovely old town Sibenik. Vicko was a very gracious host, going well beyond the call of duty with restaurant recommendations, excursion suggestions, and anything else we needed. Truly an exemplary experience.

Selten so eine tolle Gastgeberin bzw. Familie kennengelernt. Die Kommunikation vorab war schon zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung hat alles was eine kleine Familie braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Danke ,dass wir dich kennenlernen durften, Martina! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich würde die Unterkunft jeden empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen. Man ist tatsächlich gleich am Strand es sind höchstens 2 Minuten geh Zeit. In der Nähe befindet sich die Promenade an der Beach Bars und Restaurants waren, man konnte auch überall Hunde mit nehmen. Preis Leistung war super

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gut gelegen für den Nationalpark Krka. Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean, it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was well equipped, we found anything we needed and even more. Also the location was great - few minutes walk from the beach and marina where you can find many restaurants. The communication with Dario was flawless too. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub in der Wohnung von Marko und Julia und könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Die Wohnung selbst war top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts, und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marko ist ein super herzlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war, uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns tolle Tips gegeben hat für Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Möglichkeit, ein Boot mitzunehmen (dies aber nur nach vorheriger Absprache mit Marko). Wir haben die Küste erkundet, versteckte Buchten entdeckt und das Meer in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder!

Everything about this property was exceptional. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool were breathtaking, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. Inside the property was spotless & fully equipped with cooking & cleaning facilities of the highest quality. The host Eva was great from start to finish and super responsive with any questions we had about the area, offering us recommendations for things to do and several restaurants which didn’t disappoint! The location is very peaceful and only a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown where you are spoilt for choice with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The is also a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the property and a supermarket which is just a 5 minute car journey. In summary, i simply cannot fault this property and would most definitely chose to stay here again in the not to distant future!
