Buk’s place was great, it was ideally located with plenty of restaurants nearby, it is very close by the centro historico of san jose and there’s plenty of dining options nearby too. The appartment itself was good and clean. It gets a bit hot during the day but nothing to worry much. There is security in the building and i would highly recommend anyone to check out the gorgeous rooftop they have in the building the view over san jose’s skyline is incredible. The only thing thumbs down i would give them is when we asked them to keep our luggages for a bit, they said they couldn’t, it wasn’t a big deal tho.

I would say if you stay for a short time it’s 5 stars a long term stay would likely be 4 stars due to noise. The good Allan was great and responsive. The first day the coffee maker was broken and Allan replaced same day when I told him. It is close to Barrio Escalante and great restaurants and La Cali for nightlife. It’s a great location between San Jose Centro and San Pedro. It’s also close to Parque National that has great location. The building is great, a good gym, small pool, coworking area, laundry room and great bilingual door staff. The not so good, it will be noisy between the train and La Cali it will be loud and need to close the window. The mattress was initially a problem as the springs went directly into my body but figured out the mattress was on the wrong side and after flipping it was a lot better. Overall if you want to be in the heart of the action this is a good place to be. If you want peace and quiet would look at another location.

Ronald really helped me, I needed a early check in and he accommodated me. the place is nice and Ronald was nice I will stay again.

Great , comfortable apartment in a very secure new building. Well stocked kitchen , perfect for cooking. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants. Hosts are great at communicating. Would definitely stay there again.

Building security with parking garage made the stay comfortable, great location, lots of things to see and do including great restaurants.

Great stay at Guido's beautiful flat in a beautiful building. Great views and sunset from the top floor and a lovely little balcony to enjoy in the flat too. Perfect location in a safe area near vegan restaurants and walkable to the city centre too. Our flight was late and no problems checking in at 2am as there is a 24 hour check in desk which was one of the reasons we chose this place. It's true about the train being noisy though it doesn't run on a Sunday so it only bothered us the last morning from about 5am and earplugs did the trick.

El departamento era absolutamente encantador. Gran decoración, muy amplio, limpio, las camas estaban súper cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, también tenía un aire acondicionado potente y una gran televisión 4k, así que nos sentimos súper cómodos durante nuestra estancia. El departamento está en piso 15, por lo que obtienes una hermosa vista de la ciudad y las montañas. Fue muy fácil hacer el check in, La anfitriona fue súper receptiva y nos ayudo con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona. La piscina está en piso 24 y tiene una vista increíble y en la zona hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y dos parques muy lindos para salir a caminar. Hice la reservación tarde en la noche y aún así obtuve una respuesta inmediata. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

Nuestra estadía en casa de Úrsula fue maravillosa. Pasamos casi un mes allí en familia (con nuestros hijos y mi esposa) y desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y lleno de detalles que hicieron nuestra estadía muy cómoda y especial. Úrsula fue siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Great little apartment in the center of San Jose. The hosts were efficient and the apartment was clean! Would recommend :)

El apartamento es tal y como está descrito en el anuncio. El acceso fue muy fácil. Está ubicado en el mismo nivel del lobby, y para ir a la piscina no hay que tomar ascensor, está prácticamente a 2 minutos caminando. Tiene una cama muy cómoda, y TV tanto en la habitación como en la sala. Cocina bien equipada. Cuando llegamos estaba super limpio. Las amenidades son super lindas, aunque el apartamento es confortable, subir a la Azotea y tomarte un café y disfrutar las vistas y los distintos espacios, es de lo mejor que tiene Núcleo. Los host siempre muy atentos y respondieron muy rápido a nuestras consultas.

Cumple con lo prometido. Cerca del centro y fácil moverse a otros puntos alrededor de San José. Buena ubicación. Buena atención y buen lugar para quedarse. Cumple con lo que promete.

I had a great stay in Christian’s condo for 4 days. He was super responsive the entire time despite the time difference where he was. He was able to accommodate my early check in request when I realized my flight was arriving too early and provided great recommendations. The condo looked just like the pictures and I enjoyed the view of the city! It was also in walking distance of the Gastronomy District (Barrio Escalante) that was great also. Fyi if you are intending to use the gym(s), a reservation must be made in advance - Christian was helpful with this also but Condo Mgmt usually requires a day notice!

Karla was an amazing host! She was very responsive and flexible. The apartment was beautiful and had a great view of the city. Definitely recommend this place!

Background: I stayed for 10 days, during early April, rented a car and worked remotely during the week. Apartment: Excellent views of San Jose. Floor to ceiling windows! The entire building has a very upscale feel to it. The apartment itself is nice with a decent work area and two TVs. In the kitchen all of the essentials are there as well as in the bathroom. The balcony is really nice. Wireless internet connection was fast and reliable. All the appliances were extremely easy to use. There isn’t an A/C in the living room so just be ready for that, but I don’t think I would have used it anyways. The A/C in the bedroom worked great. Looks of closet space and the bed was comfy and clean. Host: Excellent communication. Super responsive day or night! Felt like a concierge! Surroundings: Very safe, upscale area. 4-5 min drive to parks, coffee, malls, groceries, restaurants almost anything. Very walkable area! For the money, the place is an absolute steal! BOOK IT!

De las mejores estadías en San José. Buscaba una zona segura y tranquila. Me llevé la sorpresa de que el alojamiento tenía muchas amenidades: gimnasio, jacuzzi, piscina, biblioteca, restaurantes justo en el primer piso. Lo único que me hizo falta fue un parqueo para el carro pero no tuvimos problema en dejarlo enfrente del edificio. Sin duda regresaremos. Pura Vida!

El departamento es súper bonito, tiene TODO lo necesario además de que la decoración es muy bonita, el host estuvo al pendiente y no tuvimos ningún problema durante nuestra estancia, sin duda lo recomiendo
