We had an incredible stay at Flagview Lodge!! The apartment is tucked away in the woods, which made it feel quiet and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The space felt welcoming, It was simple, cozy, and just made it easy to relax. The host was amazing! So easy to communicate with. The space felt super private and safe!! Waking up surrounded by trees and nature was such a treat. It felt like a true break from regular life. We had a lot of fun and left feeling really refreshed. Would definitely recommend Flagview Lodge to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!!

All I can say is wow!! I stayed here for 3 days to move my son in his college dorm. My Mother and Sister assisted me as well amd we had some girl bonding time. We all kept raving about how clean and cozy the home was. Felt so comfortable and safe. Appreciated the little gifts left by the host. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you. No complaints at all here whatsoever!!

The hills of Endicott and Little Italy are among the best kept secrets of upstate NY’s Southern Tier, and this beautiful, well-appointed, pristine apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of it. Anthony and Natalia are exceptional hosts! They reached out to me in advance of arrival and during my stay to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend them and their lovely apartment. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing little place! I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Within walking distance to a local antique shop (literally right next door!) and the owners ice cream shop. Definitely recommend trying the food and ice cream there! It’s mainly where we ate the whole weekend. The train is a bit loud and shakes the house but that’s to be expected when you’re this close to the railroad. No other cons that I can find! A nice cost effective place to stay!

Thank you, Herb, for hosting us! We felt taken care of and welcomed. The place worked well for our family. While it is close to a road the noise was mild and it did not bother us. There are plenty of extra blankets and the kitchen has all the traveler needs. We would recommend this place. Thanks again!

Great place to stay for the three of us visiting a sick relative. Lots of room, comfy beds and very homey feel. Nicole Lee was great with some flexibility on our schedule. Would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

Ken’s house was the perfect home base for visiting our grandson at Binghamton University. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and the amenities made our stay ideal. Ken is the most responsive host we have ever encountered, and we would be delighted to stay at his house again.

Tom and Marina’s place was great for our needs in Binghamton. Easy to check in, hosts were responsive, and the place was clean when we arrived. They had also left a few snacks and fresh ground coffee. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

It’s a really cute place on a nice lake. Due to my change in some scheduling, I was not able to use the kayaks but the lake was close and scenic and I walked around a bit. The inside of the cabin was just right for me. Worked out well, glad I chose it!

Karla’s place is an absolute gem! We had to move out of another Airbnb due to cleanliness issues and Karla was super accommodating with getting the place ready for us. The house itself is super unique and filled with lots of amazing artwork.

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

What a beautiful view and peaceful setting! Brenda was thoughtful, friendly and responsive! Enjoyed our messages back and forth. Loved the kitchen, amenities and snacks! Great sitting area inside and out. Nice size bedroom on second floor, updated bathrooms on first and second floor. Large loft on third floor with additional beds using the spiral staircase to enter. Great neighborhood to walk our pup. Brenda also had a dog dish for Abby. Carver’s Steakhouse was great! Sat outside with our pup there, too. Thankful for a wonderful time! Can’t wait to stay again.
