If you are wanting a quiet country setting, this is the place. It's nestled on a back gravel road with fields all around, however you are just minutes away from main hwy. The owners were great. The house is older, but very well maintained and updated. This home has a lot of charm.

This was my 2nd time staying here, and it was fantastic. The hosts were responsive, food and coffee are within walking distance. Everything about the space was cozy and well kept. I would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself, and I will always recommend this to visiting guests.

An amazing studio apartment that is close to everything. The instructions are clear to access and leave, seems to have just recently been renovated, good size bathroom with tub/shower too, bed was comfortable and there was an extra blanket for the bed whichis nice that iant always the case and can be frustrating. It's also nice to have a lage sitting area with breakfast bar and I was able to easily access the apps for the TV without being frustrated! I arrived late and felt very save there traveling alone. The hosts are amazing and reply quickly. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town!!

One Big Happy Family

The home was perfect for out multi-family visit to Warrensburg. The upstairs living area had great space for us all to gather. The porch is large and has a beautiful swing. The neighborhood is cute and well cared for. Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient, easy drive to Whiteman AirForce Base.

What we liked: -It met our expectations for the price we paid -Studio was clean and decor was cute -Kitchen dishes and utensils were sufficent for cooking our own meals -Consumables such as paper towels, soap, etc were well stocked -The bed was decently comfortable -Wifi and TV worked well -Bathroom heater worked great

This was the best AirBnB my wife have stayed in thus far and we usually do a few trips a year to different places. The property is gorgeous, the home is immaculate. The lower level is like it’s own apartment. The instructions were very clear to understand, there was more than enough cookware for our family cookout we had during our stay. We will definitely book again when we head back to visit our daughter. I definitely highly recommend Richard and Elizabeth’s place if your staying in the Warrensburg/Holden Missouri area.

We are a military family and stayed here in order to be close to both Knob Noster and the outskirts of KC. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable. There are many great places to eat around here as well.

The little White Cottage

This is a fantastic ABnN! The hosts are super kind, responsive and accommodating, the cottage couldn't be cuter, the space is very well thought out with great kitchen utensils! it's very peaceful with opportunities to feed fish, sit by a fire, grill out and more. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't recommend this place more!

Calaway’s listing was everything it appeared to be in photos. The living room was very spacious and that’s where me and my husband spent most of our time. The hosts were very active and always responded within a reasonable time. Very friendly, peaceful neighborhood with a nice sound of trains every once in a while. Definitely going to stay here again when i get the chance. One of my favorite Airbnb hosts and house. Very satisfied :)

Charming UCM Cottage

this was a perfect spot for our weekend in Warrensburg which we shared with another couple. the house is spotless and has all the extras and felt homey and it's close to everything at the University and downtown Warrensburg. I would recommend this house to anyone. and to boot a very comfortable bed. always a plus

This house was amaing! Definitely a hidden jem. Price is more than reasonable for the comfort and convenience. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, pots and pans, spices, and utensils. The washer and dryer were super handy as well. Beds were comfortable, all the linens were clean. We have family in the area and will 100% be reaching out for another stay.

We have never stayed in a Airbnb before so we did not know what to expect… it met and exceeded our comfort and security Our host was amazing and enjoyed our stay We came for my wife’s sister, who passed away, funeral, so it was a comfort to have everything at the ready and not to have things in turmoil
