Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Welcome! This is a clean, cosy, comfortable, fully furnished, healthy flat (plant-based interior paint, no harmful chemicals, no smoking/vaping please). From here, visit the Wellington region or access the ferries: 3-min drive to the motorway (noise can be heard outside the building; it is peaceful inside), 13-min walk to Johnsonville Centre, and easy access to buses and trains to the city. Feels like home away from home: park in the d/way, great amenities. Won't see us unless you need us :)

It’s conveniently located near the city centre, on the leafy hills that overlook Wellington city.

Modern, bright and spacious studio

This is a clean, bright, modern studio with plenty of space for one or two people. In May 2023 this was double glazed so now much warmer and drier and quieter. It has fibre internet, cooking facilities and a washing machine so you are completely self sufficient here. The tv is set up so as well as free channels you can log into apps like a Netflix, Neon etc. With the train station so close you can be in the city in 14 minutes or there is off street parking if you have your own car.

Private cosy cottage in Khandallah

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

Room includes a comfortable queen bed, double sofa bed, single chair, kettle/toaster, airfryer microwave and a fridge. 43" SmartTV with Disney and Netflix. Unlimited 500Gbs Internet. Breakfast cereals, tea/coffee and cold milk is included. Free off-street parking for one vehicle. Space for a trailer if required. Only a mere 15mins to Wellington CBD and nicely located close to supermarkets.

Ngaio two bedroom, small, quiet and close to city

Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs. To compensate this, we have decided to drop our booking rates. Please ask if you have any questions. I'm happy to help.

Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train.
