Enjoy a romantic getaway or celebrate a special occasion in this one bedroom, pet friendly cottage which was the art studio of C. P. Montague, one of President Lyndon B. Johnson’s favorite artists. Please note: the bathroom is small, with a small toilet area and shower. Every rock in the home’s interior and exterior was picked up by hand, then hand laid by the two of them. This is the perfect place to escape to after a long day of visiting with family and or friends in the area! It's spacious, cozy, comfortable (CA king bed), AFFORDABLE, centrally located, and very private. While this dwelling is attached to my home you will most likely never see me. You have a completely separate entrance with a private patio and yard to yourself.

Down the road from San Gabriel river where you can take a walk or fish. There are few restaurants/fast food and a new movie theater in Hutto around 10 mins to drive.

Located on the outskirts of Taylor, it offers quick access to highway 79 (and toll road 130) and all of the amenities that Taylor has to offer.
