Don't forget your fishing pole, this property is on the banks of the Wild and Scenic Rogue River. Lounge by the pool, feed the geese, go shopping, or head to any of the amazing restaurants that are just around the corner. I'm in the city limits, so everything is a minute or two away. Awestruck is not nearly enough to describe what you feel when you see our 1905 Colonial revival home. We have worked tirelessly to restore this home to its original charm. The main rental unit is a private restored two bedroom Carriage house that is fully air conditioned with an open floor plan. We are less than 1 mile from town but still enjoy watching deer families and wild turkeys cross our property. It truly is a home away from home and a clean comfortable place to relax in.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a futon made into a bed. Located 15 minutes from Grants Pass where you will experience fun shopping and amazing restaurants with easy access to the Redwoods, Oregon Coast, and 20 minutes to board the Hellgate Jetboat excursions. Also, visit the numerous wineries located in the Applegate area.

WiFi is included as well as cable tv A single daybed/couch and queen bed are in this studio setup. Guests are welcome to park right in front of the cottage or in another designated space.There is a small outdoor patio and a shaded park bench to enjoy the sunset from.
