We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Lovely central apartment that has everything you could want, Ben and the team were communicative and helpful. Everything felt fresh and clean, nothing shabby or falling apart. Absolutely would stay again!

The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

Jack’s Place was the best flat in our 14 day tour. Comfortable, clean, and so quiet. The beds are very comfortable, living spaces were well- outfitted, and the kitchen was spectacular. Many thanks for the generous selection of teas, coffee, and fresh milk. The flat is also a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed two meals at Salathai, as well as tea at Sally Lund’s and The Huntsman.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

The place was clean, smelled amazing and had everything we needed. The host was communicative, offered advise on what to visit and was super nice. Really appreciated how beatiful the flat was and how close to the city centre it is.

Myself and my team of 6 stayed at Adam’s house whilst on a work project. There was plenty of space for us all and we could not have been happier. Everything was exceptional from the gorgeous decor to the really comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. We had a great stay and our host Adam was super friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Thank you for enabling another wonderful weekend in our favourite place! ☺️

Great location with the bus stop right outside, regular buses into central Bath every 20-30 minutes. The house itself was immaculate, great sized bedrooms and the smart TV in the living room was an added bonus. House equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, very handy. Will definitely look to stay here again if staying in Bath.

Thoroughly lovely location and cottage. Had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great location for Cowes and walking to transport links. (Loved the bus service on IoW.) House was perfect for a large group with loads of bathrooms and superb amount of kitchen equipment/ glassware etc. Very clean and tidy whilst at the same time comfortable. Would go back with a big group.

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We had an amazing time in Kingswear at Sharon’s house. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and with spectacular views from the terrace. There are plenty of walking trails you can reach and at the same time it’s not as busy as the other side of the river. We loved it and hope to stay here again. Thanks Sharon!

A unique and historic house which while quirky in some ways, still incorporated the modern facilities to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is fantastic, central for many sites and interests, the rooms comfortable and unusual - eg wooden shutters for the windows. The garden was an unexpected bonus.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s apartment. Everything was spotless. It’s very well equipped, very comfortable and even more spacious than the photos show. The location is ideal - lots to see and explore in the area and easy walking distance to Poole Quay as well as Hamworthy itself. Communication was excellent and directions were very clear, however, on the day we arrived the path to the steps was all cordoned off by the builders so it took us a while to work out how to get in - Michelle wasn’t to know that. We eventually found our way round via the beach gate. We’d love to return next year and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

A really lovely air BnB in a great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Extremely clean and had all the amenities and more. Really helpful instructions left on how to use the dishwasher, cooker etc. Looked exactly like the photos and a really helpful responsive host

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

Sonya is incredibly responsive with communication and flexible with our check in times. Her flat is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It’s to a great standard. The immediate surroundings of the flat are a little questionable but in prime location to parks, restaurants, and the beach. It can feel hot inside the flat on summer days but the large floor to ceiling French doors onto the terrace and provided fan at the property offer sufficient cooling. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Sonya and her property have been great to our family (2 adults, 2 teens) while we are on our holidays!

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.
