This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( e.g indoor WC and shower). It is located in the middle of old-growth forests, in a private bay & a calm lake with sunset view. A place, is meant to “adopt the pace of nature”, offers real retreat from hectic life. The rate includes use of hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (May to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

Uudella mökkialueella sijaitseva huvila tarjoaa laadukasta majoitusta kymmenelle, 9+1 henkilölle. Kohde sopii erinomaisesti perhelomailuun, kaveriporukoille ja juhlatilaksi. Huvila sijaitsee keskellä Himosta, kävellen pääsee Rinteisiin, golfkentälle, kaupalle, Himos Areenalle, Festarialueelle ja Huvikeskus Williin Länteen. Saunan löylyistä voit pulahtaa ulkoporealtaaseen. Ulkoporeallas ja liinavaatteet eivät sisälly hintaan. Lisähinnat: Ulkoporeallas 190€/varaus. Liinavaattesetti 22€/setti.

B-side of villa located at Himos. A calm location by the shore. In the summer, dive into the lake from the sauna, and in the winter, you can go skiing on the ice of Patalahti. The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

2024 valmistunut 4hlön saunamökki upean kosken varrella. Rauhoittavat koskimaisemat takaavat rentouttavan vierailun Koskenrannan Helmessä. Mökki soveltuu hyvin rentoutumiseen, kalastamiseen tai vaikka veneilyyn. Mökin isossa saunassa voit ihailla virtaavaa vettä, virkistäytyminen onnistuu helposti aina avoimena pysyvässä koskessa tai ulkoporealtaassa. Mökissä on 1 makuuhuone ja vuodesohva, majoitus 4hlö. Tervetuloa nauttimaan rauhallisesta oleilusta Saraaveden äärelle Laukaaseen. Käytössäsi on Ranta Villa 35m2, joka sisältää makuutilat neljälle, perinteisen suomalaisen puusaunan ja ulkoporeammeen. Isolla terassilla on kesäkeittiö. Laiturilta voit pulahtaa uimaan ja talvella laiturin päässä on hurjemmille uimareille avanto. Parhaiten kohde käy pariskunnille, ystävyksille tai lapsiperheille (1-2 lasta). Ranta Villa sijaitsee rannalla päätalon läheisyydessä, silti omassa rauhassaan.

A lounge and wine area, home cinema, and fireplace room make the stay truly unique. Terrace and fire pit. Perfect for relaxation and spending time together.

Villa Salmi, 10 hlön huvila, 10 km Himokselta

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Stylish Villa Mono with jaguzzi and E-car charge

Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
