We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ranjit (The manager) was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Dilip (The cook) prepared delicious meals that made our stay even more special, and Sundaraja (the security guard) was always present, making us feel safe and at ease. A truly wonderful experience—I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay!

The House: This place is at an amazing location with 360 degree mountain views. You can just sit and enjoy the beauty and do nothing else. There are 2 main bedrooms and one small bedroom with an entrance through kitchen. The bathrooms are enclosed but are partially open on top and the outside shower looks like in the nature (exactly like pictures shown on site). If you go down the hill via tea plantation (or you can go by car), we reach a small waterfall and few ponds where you can relax. The steam may be forceful during rainy season. so be careful. The house have no AC and summer afternoon might be a little hot. Mornings and evenings are nice and breezy. As this house is in middle of nature, expect some insects. The outdoor have touch-me-not plants all over the lawn, if your kids want to play. The staff: (Suresh and co) are really helpful and customized menu and cooking to our taste. They go beyond their duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great place, very serene and secluded. Lots of thing to do at the airbnb it self and also in close proximity. Both the caretaker and the chef were amazing people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to visit again!

One of the good stay I had visited so for. Best place spending time with family or Frends. Owner was too proactive to share the places which we can visit near by. House was very clean and had great views from both the rooms. Must visit stay , will surely revisit with family again .

I stayed here for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The host Mr Ben was extremely helpful and treated us like family, making us feel so cared for, also surroundings were very peaceful, perfect for relaxing….everything was clean, calm, and pleasant….I highly recommend this place✨🤝

This is a beautiful property with serene and peaceful surroundings. It’s located in the middle of a coffee plantation and you can also enjoy a very adventurous tour of the plantation arranged by the host. If you are lucky enough you can even spot elephants in the surrounding jungles ! The rooms were clean and big and everything felt perfect and right at their place. Mr. Lohit was very responsible as the Manager and Prakash.ji was very helpful as caretaker. If requested earlier they will arrange for bonfire and barbecue with nominal additional charges. I would definitely recommend this property to others !

Fantastic location made with a lot of care and consideration with an absolutely gorgeous view of a beautiful and well maintained and heated pool. The house comes with staff that were also wonderful with the service they provided. It felt like our own little private resort. Absolutely stunning of a getaway. A word of caution though for people with young children or wheelchairs - it can be tricky to get around as there are many stairs. The stairs in and around the pool can be unsafe for little kids. We enjoyed it nonetheless. It’s a wonderful place otherwise and absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful property and peaceful location. Special shoutout to the caretaker Rakesh who made sure we had a great time. The food prepared by the staff was very tasty. Highly recommended!!

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

The place is exactly as mentioned in the pictures. The place and the people give you enough space to feel comfortable and explore. We were a group of 13 and we never had to think/ask twice about anything. Everything was taken care of at all times.

This is a private mansion for large group. It’s family frendly place, the host Jiyo who is a ex service man took really good care of us. Nice place , clean, clean pool. I would highly recommend for people with large groups.

Dileep & Amal were great right from the time we stepped into the resort. We had asked Dileep to make dhal kichidi (which to many of us sounds simple). He had never made it, he searched the recipe on Google and made it for us. This is called true customer service and being vegetarians, we loved the food that he made and we spent all the time inside the resort relaxing. Shyam called us one day before and made sure he sent the contacts of his team in the resort.

The stay is "Gorgeousssssss". Stay is better than the photos. The staff co-ordinated everything and supported with all our queries and instructions were super clear. The on ground staff at the stay were super humble and prepared amazing, fresh, really tasty home made meals for us. Swimming pool was very clean. We had gone as a group of 7 and it was one of the best places for friends time. Will definitely go back there. The property is something out of the world, amidst the tea plantations. We have zero complaints, or suggestions for improvement. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. I have to double emphasize about the food and staff. The place is absolutely amazing but the experience becomes holistic due to the sweet staff and the amazing food that was got served.
