Nice place to stay with family

We are delighted with the place and hospitality. We did not miss our home while staying in this property . Very helpful care taker and every thing is at walkable distance. We loved the stay here and it would be our preferred choice when ever we travel to mysore. Thank you Mr. Sachin for great experience.

Nice service apartment, place was clean and tidy..exactly like the photos posted. The caretaker Topan is very friendly, supportive and just a call away. He ensures all your needs are taken care and always has a smiling face. Definitely a place to stay again.. We easily got blinkit , Swiggy delivered as and when needed. we stayed for 2 nights. location is little inside from the main road but once you reach the service apartment you feel nice. Just avoid taking big cars like XUV 700 , otherwise good place to stay . +1 for the caretaker who helped us with all our requests. ✅️

The stay was awesome and it’s located in the city Center. Accessible to all the attractions within 5 to 10 mins of time. We had everything we were looking for. Raj was very good in explaining all the instructions. However, only the check-in was bit unpleasant for us. My Son was sleeping we requested to give him the code to enter. But He made us wait outside and shared it only after we shared the government ID proofs. Also even for 1 hour early check-in, there is an extra charge. We have never seen this in any other Airbnbs. So we didn’t opt for that. Apart from this, it was all good.

The property was impeccably neat and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat for our family vacation. The owner was incredibly accommodating, always available to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The ample parking space was a bonus, Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home for families looking for a serene getaway. It truly offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

We group of 5 friends had a great pleasant and calm stay at Yonu’s place. The house has a lot of space , all utensils for cooking and extra beds for all the members. A great spot at Kotagiri and you will get all shops, top bakery like Moody’s, markets and Elite shops within just 2km range.

Fantastic property located within a quiet neighborhood for someone who needs some peace. The entire place is as spacious and maintained well as shown in the photos. Made us feel right at home!

Right from booking, Harinath sir was following up about the visit, was helpful for any queries. Check in was smooth, the property felt like home. It is located in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Ideal for family stay. He has setup everything that anyone would do for their own home. Internet speed is very good making it WFH friendly. All appliances are at good condition. We were surprised to see kitchen with a proper LPG stove setup. It is a big plus for anyone planning to cook. Would recommend this property for anyone who would like enjoy homely ambiance with reasonable price.

Our plan was very last minute, and we're really thankful they accepted our request so quickly. This homestay is not like the usual ones where a caretaker manages everything. Here, the service is provided by the family members themselves, which makes it feel more like home. From check-in to check-out, the instructions were clear and simple. Offering food at a homestay is an extra task, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. It's not about the price; it's about the warmth and hospitality. The house is beautifully built with library, and we had a great view of the plantation at the back. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. A short, peaceful drive of just 5 km takes you to the nearby town, and don’t miss out on a visit to the Calicut Chips shop there!

We had the most wonderful stay at Simple’s property in Coonoor. We visited to celebrate a special birthday and an anniversary and it was great! Simple and the staff were incredibly responsive, attending to our needs promptly and ensuring our stay was comfortable The location is truly breathtaking—private, serene, and surrounded by stunning views! The room was beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of aesthetics and cosiness The large windows with valley views were the highlight of the room, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature fully. The on-site treehouse was a delightful highlight, offering a view of the waterfall and the soothing sound of cascading water. Early mornings were divine, with the gentle mist and serene atmosphere creating the perfect start to each day. We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude, and we wish Simple all the best in continuing to offer such a great experience to future guests. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

I and my wife with a infant stayed here for one day. Place matches description and very neat and clean. The care taker ashok is very nice guy he is very helpful and always be there to assist for anything we need. Price is bit more comparing to other stays in Mysuru. I stayed similar stays in mysuru for almost half of the price i payed for this. May be its worth if we have more than 2 persons or staying with at least 2 families.

The place is located in a very pristine place amidst the hills, Deepu is super helpful in terms of local recommendations or any help needed, he's an amazing host. The place is perfect for a vacation with 3-4 people, highly recommended place if you're in wayanad

I enjoyed staying at the property. Umesh the caretaker was very helpful. The property itself is very tastefully done and is located right in the heart of town. If you are looking for touristy places near your stay - there are not many. If you want a nice clean place in the town (as opposed to a coffee plantation) then this is the best. For AC rooms in Coorg this is the best price especially if you are going in a group of 4-6 people.
