"Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing time at Praveens place! The apartment was immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - close to Guruvayoor Temple. Praveen was an outstanding host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Nice and beautiful stay spacious rooms well cleaned

We had an amazing experience staying at Sameer’s place! It looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The whole place was super clean and spotless like a star hotel. Absolutely worth the money. And Sameer as a host was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in Calicut. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach. The host Ms Serene and care taker Mr Benny were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Great place to hang out with family. Mid point to several key locations within Calicut. Caretaker, Mohammed Savvad, made every bit of the stay to be easier and peaceful.

You drive for hours and enter this beautiful living room with the perfect blend of peace and rich color theme. Of course before checking the bedroom, you head to the balcony with the sea view and trust me it is the most breath taking view I have seen in a long time.. Rooms are well maintained, great furniture to rest in the the living and ding area or chill out in the balcony. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean. sheets and towels are fresh. Extra pillows and blankets in the cupboards. kitchen equipped enough with required utensils. Dedicated car parking. in short it felt like a home I would love to have one day.. Great food options right below the building. Lastly Aswin responds within seconds and is super sweet. The caretaker understands hindi and is very helpful. If you are travelling from non Malayalam speaking region, better to converse in hindi rather than English, with the caretaker, gatekeeper and infact with people throughout the city (just a personal experience) thanks Aswin

Walking distance to Guruvayurappan Temple and right beside Mammiyoor Shivam temple . Clean and nest place . The caretaker Shaji was very helpful.
