Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Surrounded by trees and birdlife, unwind and relax in your private chalet or explore our tranquil 25 acres of orchards, woodlands, bush and gardens. Nature awaits. Recharge your batteries, enjoy forest bathing, or go for a dip in the pool or a soak in the spa. Enjoy our communal spaces and amenities. Watch a sunset over the woodland high up on the ridge or find the glowworms and native owls after dark in the native bush. Wake up to the birdsong and the breezes in the tree tops.

The Pohutukawa Cabin Karikari Lodge.

The Pohutukawa Cabin overlooks the treasured Karikari Bay. You will have your own quiet self contained garden cabin in a private setting with your own private walk around outside beach themed bathroom and rain forest shower with a view. There is free use of the WiFi, BBQ (with gas) Kayaks, SUP Paddle boards, and Boogie boards. Self help Continental breakfast provided. Karikari Moana, come and enjoy the beauty of the Karikari Peninsula. Mauri ora.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
