This apartment is in a fantastic central location, making it the perfect choice for exploring Istanbul. The value for money is unbeatable—you won’t find a better option. The host is also incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it! However, be aware that there are several nightclubs directly below the building, and the music can be very loud until around 3 AM most nights. If you’re traveling with children or sensitive to noise, you may want to reconsider.

On the booking you may see many pictures of a very modern apartment, some of the pictures show large modern areas but this is slightly misleading. The pictures are of every room available, in the building and are not a reflection of what you are booking privately entirely. This caused some confusion for me when I arrived. The apartment does have a Hamam which was so much fun! Malik is a very friendly and hospitable host. There is somebody at reception 24 hours and they are always more than happy to help you with directions. Advice and suggestions all being very fair and without bias. Our apartment faced the road on the hill which is constantly blocked with traffic even through the night cars beep at each other constantly. Light sleepers may need to bring some earplugs with them. I had to wear my earphones to block out the noise a little bit. We had trouble with the electric box making a loud humming noise on the last night which kept us awake. The bathroom has seen better days.

we had to re-book our accommodation in istanbul last minute, since the place we originally booked on Booking turned out horrible… we ended up having an amazing short stay at this accommodation and were very pleased with everything! thank you!

Je recommande ce logement, les hôtes sont aux petits soins et offrent des services utiles: les cafés avec biscuits à la demande, sauna et bain turc disponible sous reservation, service de nettoyage des chambres, des recommandations et conseils utiles...Le logement est propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel, il est situé dans un bon quartier. Le Jacuzzi dans la baignoire est un plus agréable. Je retournerai volontier dans ce logement

Очень классная квартира с идеальным расположением - 2 шага от Галатской башни, рядом куча кафе и магазинов (сувенирных и продуктовых), до трамвайной и автобусной остановки 7 минут пешком, либо до центра (Султанахмет) около 40 минут пешком. Из плюсов: - в квартире есть буквально все для жизни (питьевая вода, вся посуда, фен, утюг, стиральная машина и сушилка, чай/кофе и даже настольные игры). - много места, 2 туалета - классная ниша с подушками Из небольших минусов - в квартире темновато (но это и плюс летом, потому что не так жарко) - тяжело открывать окна + нет проветривания, только полностью поднимать раму В целом мы были в восторге от квартиры, очень комфортно для проживания большой компанией/семьей. Спасибо большое!

Kaldığımız daire gerçekten harikaydı! Temiz, ferah ve çok konforluydu. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüş, her şey eksiksizdi. Lokasyon olarak da çok merkezi bir yerdeydi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ev sahibi de çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Квартира красивая, соответствует описанию, хорошее расположение. Из незначительных минусов: диван в пятнах, и не хватило розеток (у кровати только с одной стороны). Все остальное отлично. Не сразу удалось найти дом (по адресу в картах показывал другой дом), но хозяин оперативно ответил и был на связи.

Ayda was an amazing and gracious host. I stayed at her flat for 2 weeks. • As a remote US based worker/digital nomad my main concern was WiFi visiting Istanbul. I was able to do my work like normal no issues including several zoom/teams calls, file sharing, uploading, etc no issues or lag as the flat has very fast/strong WiFi. • The location is also great. There is grocery store at the top of the hill which is like a 3 min walk and super convenient for grabbing essentials. • The flat was as described. And had pretty much everything you need to cook and feel comfortable •Ayda herself was so kind and accommodating. She responded super quickly when I had questions. And provided recommendations for the area •The location is great. There’s so many great cafes, shops, and train stop nearby. Would definitely stay again!!

Myself and two friends had an amazing time staying at Taylans place in April. Really liked the decor of the place. Absolutely loved being on the balcony. We accidentally locked the key in the apartment and Taylan responded immediately and sorted the situation out. Also a great location in the heart of beyoğlu. Thank you for having us Taylan!

Perfect location in an ideal city! Ugur’s loft is a beautiful and harmonious blend of modern comforts and classic design. Everything you need is within just a few minutes walk from this well equipped, bright and airy apartment. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Thank you for welcoming us into your superb home!

This is the perfect spot for a city break to Istanbul, perfectly located by Galata Tower and offering beautiful views over the tower. While a studio, the apartment feels spacious and has a comfortable double bed, sofa, two dining tables, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower (super strong water pressure which was a lovely surprise!). Eyo and his co-host Ali were extremely helpful and responsive in the run up to our stay, providing recommendations and offering to book tours for us if we'd like. Check in was simple - Eyo or Ali will meet you at the apartment to provide the keys. Really great value for money and would recommend this apartment to anyone. I really recommend Galata as an area - you are in walking distance to so many sights (10/15min walk down to Galata Bridge, from which you enter Sultanahmet).

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. Our visit will be in our memories for a long time, and we surely will come back. We felt in love with turkish hospitality and kidness and we wish to explore more&more. Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara vardı. Konum çok rahat bulunabilecek bi yerdeydi. Huzurlu sessiz bir ortam sunuyordu. Ev sahibi Yavuz bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu,esneklik sağladı. Hızlı bir şekilde tüm sorularımız cevaplandı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Всичко беше добре, мястото е близо до площада Таксим и до спиркапза градския транспорт. Имаше всички необходими уреди в кухнята. Единственото, което не ми хареса е че мебелите бяха захабени и имаха петна. Едно освежаване на апартамента би било добре. Иначе всичко друго беше идеално. Комуникацията с хоста беше изключително лесна.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

I liked the house , the view , the pool , not very far from island center you can walk or reach it by bus , the kitchen stuff is limited, very peaceful very quiet , the pool is often empty, you feel free I did not feel disturbed or interfered by the hotel owners during my visit , they helped us with the grill stuff and to transfer our bags from their office to the house . And the house was well clean , equipped , I highly recommend it ✅✅✅

We spent a very pleasant time here and left great memories. The landlord is super good and has been helping us all along
