Wonderful place! Yes, it looks as nice as the photos. Furniture was comfortable and the balcony was quiet and spacious. Hilton Pool pass was easy to use and was an excellent time. The place is so nicely laid out with so many thoughtful additions (chargers everywhere, nicely equipped kitchen, even aloe if you have a sunburn!) Would definitely stay again.

Stop looking—you’ve found the perfect Airbnb! This unit is immaculately clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything from boogie boards and snorkeling gear to beach toys, a high chair, and even swim diapers. The attention to detail is incredible. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was our favorite—not just because of the island, but because of how amazing the unit is. The beds are super comfortable, and the lanai right off the living room has patio seating perfect for lunch in the Hawaiian sun. It’s also just steps from the pool and gym. The safety gate at the front door was a great touch for kids. The location is ideal—close to markets, shave ice, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning white sand beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had a pleasant ambiance, and we felt at home right away. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. The location was convenient to great beaches. A special thank you to Allyson for allowing us to check in a little earlier, as we had to make arrangements for the logistics of our family reunion.

Awesome ocean view on balcony. Close enough to hear the ocean waves breaking on the lava rocks. Great amenities and ample parking. Peaceful easy feeling. We will be back!

A wonderful property overlooking the golf course. We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space, quiet surroundings, and 2 great pools. The bbq on the lanai was perfect for dinner outside. Also, walkable to the grocery store, shops, Lava Lava beach club, and the beach. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this home.

We are frequent visitors at Kona Coast but this was our first time booking with Samantha. She was very responsive when we booked. During our stay we didn’t need to contact her as we were able to get everything we needed with Guest Services and Housekeeping. Only down fall was that the BBQ grills nearest the unit were out of propane, we called maintenance but no one came. Luckily, we brought our air fryer from home. Overall, great stay and unit!! The location of the condo was super convenient to the pool. Loved that it was on the bottom floor and the back door was close to the bbq area, pool area, and playground. Will definitely stay here again.

I think this is about our 40th stay at an air bnb. David’s place was stocked with so much in the kitchen and bathroom it made our purchases minimal at the store. Even though the buildings are on a main road it is definitely quiet, and peaceful with no road sounds

Aloha, The Big Island was so beautiful and staying here was excellent, so close to the best beaches on the island. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach equipment provided was awesome. We really enjoyed the pool at the condo also. One day when we were the only family at the pool we were told we couldn't play with a ball, it was a little odd, but nothing to do with our host or place itself. Everything was top notch. Mahlo

Pauls und Michelles Wohnung war einwandfrei. Die großartige Austattung und liebevolle Einrichtung ließ uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir haben es genossen, den Sonnenaufgang am Mauna Kea vom Balkon zu sehen und Abends bei einem Glas Wein die Sterne zu beobachten. Da sich die Wohnung in einer touristischen Gegend befindet, waren Restaurants, Strände und Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Dennoch liegt der Komplex abseits des Trubels, sodass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Paul war immer erreichbar und hat viele wertvolle Tipps hinterlassen. Wir können seine Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen!

Kona Coast Resort is such a special place and we absolutely loved it. Some reviews say it’s dated, however, it’s Hawaii and most places are. There is a huge difference between being dated and rundown, which the resort is far from rundown and was extremely well kept. It also did not feel dated. Our standards are very high when it comes to where we stay, cleanliness, location, etc and this surpassed our expectations. Anyone would be happy to stay here. Drew sent us all the detailed info needed regarding our stay- Booking and checkout were quick and easy through him. All other interaction was with the resort staff and they were all very pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and would totally book with Drew.

This Aloha Condo in Waikoloa Beach was exactly as pictured—bright, clean, and equipped with double-paned sliding glass doors that keep everything quiet and comfortable.

We stayed in Anna’s Kona Coast resort property for just 2 days . It was very comfortable and convenient for shopping and access to some of the beaches nearby . Great property and an amazing host !!

This is a great condo in a great location. It is one of the cleanest we’ve had in the Waikola Beach Resort and that’s the most important thing for us. It’s also one of the best locations due to its location near the shops. It’s very convenient. We have to drive to all of our favorite beaches anyway so we prefer the convenience of having the marketplace right across the street. We enjoyed the beach gear and towels. The beach chairs were quality and everything worked the way it should. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything we normally would have needed and there is a grill on the balcony! Having the option of parking 2 vehicles is pretty unique also, although we didn’t need it this trip. The artwork was a nice touch and the icing on the cake. We would definitely book this unit again.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

Isaac and Natasha are good people and made us feel welcome. There's plenty of parking with a good space next to the car to clean our dive gear. There's also a clay tennis court on the property to hit balls if you want. The guest house was all we needed and nice and quiet; we appreciated being out of the city. We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan a dive trip to the Big Island. Thanks Isaac and Natasha- pet Ryan for us!

Great location next Queens Marketplace for groceries, shopping and dining. Great unit with all the amenities. Pool is lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay At Gigi's home. She was flexible with check in and quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location and view of the beach from both decks! Great restaurants and shops within walking distance and easy to get to other places. The house was spacious and well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, along with beach towels. It was very nice to have ceiling fans in all the rooms and additional fans if needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.
