READ THIS REVIEW: Honestly Stephanies place was better than I expected. The house was beautiful. The art all over the house, amazing. It felt like a big tree house. The hot tub is better than what pictures show. Its so peaceful and close to the airport. We were hesitant at first because of other reviews but im glad we booked because it was far from what we thought. The cats are sweet but they don’t come inside unless you leave the door open. Even then you shoo them away and they’ll leave. Its a beautiful home. I would 100% stay here again if I came back. There is soooo much space. There was 11 of us and there was more than enough space. Very responsive when we needed them! MAHALO !

Our group absolutely loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive and the pictures don't even do the place justice. We loved the view and relaxing by the pool until it was time to hit the beach. The location is ideal; it is not too far from Kona (8 minute drive) but you feel like you're in a jungle oasis.

The house was just as advertised! And the views are to die for!! The house was beautifully clean, all the beds were fantastic! We felt right at home!

We can’t say enough about Jane’s place, and the incredible time we spent there. The home is lovely and exactly as described, well equipped, and a full stock of beach chairs, snorkels, etc., to make your stay special. The back deck - the one you see in the pictures - is so incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The first night we arrived it rained for a while in the late afternoon and the sounds of the tropical rainforest was like a concert of nature. And our friends the sheep were cute and loved eating the leaves from our hands. Jane and Jim are also some of the best AirBnb hosts we’ve ever had. We can not thank them enough for their responsiveness, flexibility, advice and for simply being two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We even fell in love with their little dog Bella, so much so that she came over the last evening and spent the whole night with us, cuddling on the couch and sleeping with us. We miss her already!

We loved the location of the house. It was central to everything we needed on the Kona side of the island and the elevation made it cooler. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. We appreciated all of the appliances and amenities in the kitchen as well. And the property is great with the beautiful flowers and trees of all kinds! Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay! There were 6 adults with 2 little ones (1.5 and 3.5 years). The home was roomy and bigger than the pictured. We all were amazed at the home and ocean views. The kids had plenty of room to play. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The beach toys were put to good use. The hot tub got used once. There was parking for 3 cars. All in all, the home worked out so well, I would rent it again!

This home is beautiful and in a private neighborhood on the wet side of Waimea. Our family loved the open spaces and the safe wrap around lanai. Both Dr. Harley and Leslie were very responsive. Neighbors were quiet (aside from the local turkey that came into the yard every morning). We had a great time and will definitely be back. Mahalo nu nui!

Hands down this is the best Air B&B I have ever stayed in. I travel a lot and this place had everything and more. Anything you could possibly need is here to make you feel at home. Waimea is not necessarily a big city, or as bustling as Kona, but it is a little slice of heaven if you want to be apart of the island. The owners were absolutely incredible to work with and the place was SPOTLESS! My very small complaint was that the upstairs bed was a bit creaky, but that's just me. If you have a couple places on your list, this should go to the top. I will be back soon and will be hoping that this place is available when we decide to book.
