The Gardenia Suite is a freshly remodeled, clean, hotel-style studio attached to a home—close to the Kona airport. Set up like a hotel room, it features a king-size bed, bright modern bathroom, TV, workspace/desk, and a tea & coffee station with mini fridge and microwave. Please note: This unit does not include a full kitchen. The unit is set back from the main road, but some light road noise may still be heard. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort if you are sensitive to sound.

This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in Kailua Kona near some of the best beaches on the island. The perfect place for a small group of friends or family to have a wonderful vacation. When staying in our space, we have a variety of beach toys and towels that we welcome guests to use. The Ironman triathletes are also welcome.
