Great stay with a great host! Traveled here on business and it was the perfect location. Communication was easy and the place was very clean.

We had a great weekend at the Curtis Meyer House. The house was in great shape and we could tell how much work and love Doug put into the restoration. Our family enjoyed unplugging and experiencing the home as it was designed. We gathered in the large family room, played games, worked on puzzles, played the piano, read and just looked out the huge windows at the nature outside. The fireplace was great to have when it got chilly in the evening. The property is gorgeous, and can imagine it being even more spectacular in late spring and summer when everything is in bloom. We loved walking in the backyard and viewing the home from different perspectives. We saw deer come up to the home at dusk one night and enjoyed watching all the birds that flock to the feeders that Doug stocked. It was a perfect stay for reconnecting as a family and relaxing. A great experience.

This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

We stayed as a church group of ten (youth and adults) from different families so the adults had chaperone responsibilities over the youth. The house worked perfectly for our age and gender mix. We even had the luxury allocating the three bathrooms to a three or four people, which made our preparations each day very efficient and kept everyone accountable for keeping theirs clean! The house has more living space (3 lounges and two kitchens) than we could use so we would have been comfortable even with the 16 maximum occupants stated in the listing. The house was clean on arrival, with amenities as described if not better. The neighbourhood is affluent, quiet, beautiful and feels very safe. The driveway can take up to 4 cars. Shawn and Mariah were very good with communication, both proactively and in response to our messages. I highly recommend them as hosts and this place as a home away from home, especially if you have a large group and multiple cars.

The home was very lovely. I could tell it has history. The amenities were basic, but that is what made it feel homey. What I liked most was that it offers a washer and dryer, which comes in handy for a week long stay. Billy was a kind, responsive and understanding host. I re commend his property if you prefer an out of the way stay. I would return again.

This was rare opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright designed home. It was deeply satisfying to stay in a place that was designed by a master architect! We appreciated that our hosts provided lots of history on the home that we could peruse. What they modestly did not share (you had to go looking for it!) was how much work they put into restoring this property. My husband was a fan of Wright before our stay. I now have a much stronger appreciation of how he connects nature with his homes. Spring was a great time to be here! We loved listening to the jazz records in the evening and browsing the book collection. Truly a unique experience!

Cozy and extremely easy to walk to K college, Vine Neighborhood, downtown, etc

This was the perfect spot for the Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon. We were able to walk just 2 short blocks to the start/finish line. The space was exactly as shown. Super clean but cozy. Beds were comfortable and all other amenities well above average. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything you’d need even for an extended stay. The location was situated for an easy walk to downtown shopping, restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Most Airbnb's you go to or hotels the beds are like rocks. Here they are actually super comfy. The place was clean and spacious. Gave you enough silverware, pot/pans, and utensils to use if you wanted to cook there. Overall, great stay!

The place was nice and we would stay here again. Walkable to downtown area. Good price for a three bedroom unit.

Kaydee was an amazing host! The apartment was decorated very nicely, with everything you could need in the kitchen to cook. Everything was easily accessible. It was in a nice location, very quiet. Kaydee was an excellent communicator and has put a lot of time and effort into this space. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for a weekend getaway. Thank you Kaydee!

We had a great stay. Lovely, historical building in a quiet, safe area. Place was immaculate, fresh linens, towels, dishware. Rebecca kindly provided extra bedding for the sofa bed, worked out well for the 2 of us. Close to the heart of Kalamazoo, but surprisingly peaceful. Rebecca responded to our questions right away. Will definitely return, great stay! .

Nice place, easy to find, easy to check in. Perfect for our trip to WMU for a Hockey game. Big enough for me and the pup to lounge with the TV on in the living room without disturbing my husband sleeping in!

Really great space, it had everything needed to stay for a while. I was an intern with the Kalamazoo Wings from August to April and this was the perfect location. Eric was very quick to respond and help out whenever something came up!

The SteadII Properties is the PERFECT Getaway! Clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing! Two bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room space. And the bed, super comfy. The show was Amazing and perfect for two! Had a quick question about the tv- in less than 5 minutes, we were good to go. The location is super close to downtown, allowing access to amazing restaurants. Yet a nice location, easy to order and have delivered. The check-in policy was super easy. And extremely secure. We felt safe and sound, like home. My Husband and I had a wonderful time cultivating our marriage- quality time like we were far away from home. Yet close - with an at-home feel. Looking forward to our next stay! Definitely a Gem!

Alles war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wirklich wohl fühlten. Wir haben auch die ruhige und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage sehr geschätzt. Wir konnten sogar gut zu Fuß zum WMU-Campus laufen. Carlene ist eine sehr aufmerksame und jederzeit ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Von uns klare fünf Sterne!

I traveled to Michigan with my sister for a family reunion, so I wanted a place with two separate bedrooms. Boz's place was a great choice. It is one unit in a community of four-unit apartment buildings. It was probably built in the 1970s, but it has been fixed up well. Everything was squeaky clean. I walked around in new white socks and had no worries about getting them dirty. Boz included some nice details, including fluffy towels and a big new bar of soap. The shower is mounted up high, which I appreciate because I'm tall. The unit has its own 40-gallon water heater. There was a bowl with packaged snacks like granola bars, which was helpful in the morning to hold me over before I left for breakfast. The location is three minutes (by car) from an Aldi grocery store, but I never used it on this trip. I ate breakfast every day at Roxie's which is a great place that's only about four minutes away. I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Kalamazoo.

This was such a lovely spot for a relaxing beach trip! Super clean with easy access to the water and some great added bonuses at the dock. Communication was easy and clear--would definitely recommend!
