Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Studioleilighet/hybel (17m2) med nærhet til det meste. Egen inngang. Stedet ligger i rolige omgivelser i Bo-i-nord Tromsø vest. Fem minutter biltur eller 25 minutter gange til flyplass. Fem minutter å gå til busstopp med direktelinje til sentrum. Sju minutter gange til Tromsøs største kjøpesenter. Leiligheten har fullt utstyrt kjøkken og privat bad med vaskemaskin. Parkering er tilgjengelig på forespørsel. Soveplassen er en dobbel sovesofa i oppholdsrom.

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.

Our house is situated on the appropriately named “whale island” (Kvaløya), just a short 15-20 minute drive to Tromsø city centre and 12 minutes to the airport (9km). This is a perfect location for those searching for a true Arctic experience, as the house is located at the main hub of Kvaløya. Dog and Reindeer sleddings are close by (3km). It is truly is the perfect place to appreciate northern Norway.
