The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. It is situated just 5 minute drive to Sunnybrae beach, 10 minutes to Blind Bay and Salmon Arm is just 15 minutes away. The yard shares a fence with horses, sheep and entertaining goats.
